Almost as soon as the couple walked in two short stature domino people came running up. "Thank goodness you're here boss!" Said the lady.
"Chips tried to help us with the stage lighting for the show later and broke three of the stage beams!" Cried the the man.
Dice groaned. It was going to be a long day. He shook his head. "How many times have I told that poker pile not to go near the stage equipment!? I'll be there in just a minute to see what we can do." He said, shooing them off before turning to Grace and smiling a small stressed out smile.
"Will you be ok on your own?" He asked, brushing some hair from her face.
She smiled and nodded. "Don't worry about me. Go help them fix the lights. I'll be fine." She assured, leaning up to kiss his nose which made his cheeks turn purple and he smiled wide.
"If you're sure. Come find me when you're ready to leave." He said before turning to rush off to help the stage crew.Grace watched him run off before taking a deep breath and making her way towards the devils office, figuring that's where he would be waiting for her. She wondered what he would have her joining him for today. Another meeting in hell? She hoped not.
She arrived at the large door and swallowed hard before knocking.
"Who is it?" Lucifer called from inside.
"Its me sir... Grace." She called back.
There was a pause and then the sounds of several locks unlocking in the door and it slowly swung open.
"Come in Grace. You're right on time." He said as he worked on the papers on his desk as she stepped inside, the door shutting behind her once she was in.
"Thanks to King Dice." She said with a small smile.
"Yes yes. He's a very punctual man." Satan said as he signed a final paper and looked up at her, looking her up and down. "That's what you wore yesterday." He remarked.
"Well yes...You said to dress well and this is the only thing I have that seems like something you'd deem that.."
"Really? All you have are those basic dresses you've been wearing?" He asked, snapping his finger and a lit cigar appeared between his lips.
She nodded. "They're comfortable and easy to put on and take off on my own. When I couldnt see that was important." She explained.
He nodded. "Fair. But you can see now. I guess I'll have to get you some new things to wear since it seems dice doesn't care how you're dressed." He snapped his finger again and the outfit on her body changed into a sexy red sequined bikini top and a tight gold mini skirt with tall gold heals that tied up to the middle of her thighs.
Her face turned bright red as she felt her hair falling down from its tight bun in waves onto her shoulders.
"This will do for today and I'll have my imps bring you some new things to wear tomorrow morning." He said as he stood and made his way over to her, walking around her as she looked herself over.
"This doesn't leave much to the imagination..." She said softly.
"Not like that matters anymore. Now after what you and old dicey did." He said, leaning down behind her to growl in her ear, making her face turn even redder and she whirled around on her heal.
"That is none of your buisness..."
"Actually it is. See doll I own dice. Soul and all. Whatever he does I get to know about. Of course I can't stop him from doing certain things. Any more than he could stop me." He said, moving in and slipping his arms around her and her eyes widened as she pushed on his chest.
"Stop! I don't want to do those things with you! That's not what we agreed on." She said firmly.
He smirked. "Such fire. I still don't understand the attraction to him but I'm not worried. I'll change your mind yet." He said, letting her go. "For today I have a poker game with some of my Princes of hell. Think of them like elected officials or generals in an army." He said as he turned to walk towards the door, gesturing for her to follow. "Your job is simple. Sit in my lap and look pretty. Think you can do that doll?"
She made a face when he let her go and she fixed her outfit before following at his heals. "Yes... I guess I can do that." She said, still put off by how handsy he was and the way he spoke to her.
"Good. Then today will be a very easy day for you." He said snaking an arm around her shoulders. "You'd better practice smiling at my touch though. Can't have you making faces when I'm holding you." He said as the drew close to the poker hall.
She sighed and put on a small smile, even though she really didn't want to be that close to him. She just needed to pretend for the day. Then everything would be fine.
