Dice had spent about three hours fixing the stage, having to cancel the first show on the time slot just to get the bare minimum going for the next one. That damn Bettagain. Dice swore he would bet him in his next card game if he could. He'd have to clear that with the devil though and...
As dice was walking towards his office and fixing his shirt collar he caught a glimpse of the devil in the VIP poker area, his own personal table with some of the high ups of hell. And there on his lap was his Grace...dressed like of of the damn hookers that hung out around the bar.
He made a face at the thought of the devil putting her in that. He didn't even need demon eyes to see through that fake little smile of hers. She hated being there and dice could do nothing to get her away from that brute...
He watched as the devil laughed and pulled her closer by her hip, running his big clawed hand up her thigh and letting his finger tips just under the hem of her short little skirt before he blew some smoke from his cigar in her face, making her cough and turn away from him but she had to hold onto the fur on his chest to keep herself from falling off his lap while the whole table burst into laughter.
Dice glared as he watched the display until she looked up and caught his eyes with her own. She blushed and smiled at him softly before waving in a small motion so she wouldn't be caught doing it before the devil pulled her back to him.
She was so great. That smile, even a small one just breathed life into him. He still wished he could do something but... he knew she could handle herself. If she couldn't she would have made it known in that moment...right?Grace had been so happy to see dice when she looked up from her coughing fit. He was a very welcome sight, a good comfort as the devil drank and smoked and played his cards with his very rude friends.
Her only solice in the whole situation was that the devil wasn't too handsy with her. However his princes were so she felt the need to cling to the devil so they wouldn't try and touch her.
They were all making comments about how they could smell fresh sin coming from her, asking questions about it, asking her is she wanted them! Ugh! She wanted this game to be over as soon as possible so she could go back to dice and change out of this crazy get up of hers.
She decided to let her mind just wander while she stayed there in the devils lap, not really paying any attention to the game since she didn't know how to play and their conversations were less that polite.
She let her mind drift to what she would like to be doing instead.
She wanted to be on the beach, listening to the sounds of the waves crashing against the sand gently making seafoam bubbles, feeling the warmth of the sun on her skin while she relaxed with King Dice by her side. That sounded heavenly. Just the two of them, away from this litteral hell hole. Away from the devil and his rude friends. Free to do whatever they..
"Grace!" The devil said, almost shouting at her as she snapped to attention and looked at him.
"There you are doll face. Off in your own world are we?" He teased as he held her chin with his fingers.
She blushed as the princes all laugh and whispered.
"S-sorry sir..." she said, embarrassed to have spaced out so easily.
"I'll forgive it this once. If you go fetch us all a round of drinks from the bar." He said, moving her off his lap.
She nodded and quickly took the opportunity to hurry away from him and the others for just a brief moment.
She made her way over to the bar and asked the bartended for the round for the devils table which the chubby man with a whisky glass for a head happily got for her.
She took the tray of drinks over to the table and started handing them out, starting with the devil and working her way around until one of them reached around and grabbed her ass, taking the full cheek and giving it a firm squeeze.
Which startled her enough to where she dropped the tray and whirled around, slapping the demon without a though.
That thought quickly came after though in the form of, "Oh shit..." she whispered,as the table fell silent and a sense dread filled her as her hand froze in mid air past where it had met the demons face, her palm now stinging with how hard she had struck the creature.
He slowly turned to glare at her while smiling with a full set of razor sharp teeth.
"Well well well. Little cutie here has some fire to her after all." He mused before standing suddenly and moving towards her as she backed away.
"Wait i-im sorry I... i didn't mean to!" She said quickly, putting her hands out in front of her.
He shook his head. "Oh no no no. Too late sweet cheeks." He said grabbing her wrist. "You're mine now."
She felt her blood run cold as the demon effortlessly lifted her up by her wrist to be att eye level with him. This was very very bad.
