LILAC CADILLAC
Though everything bends to change
You I hope, shall never bend
I pray you smile until the end
And don't forget, you got a friend
When the sun does not shine
Just keep the faith, you'll be fine
Look beyond the sprawling hills
For there lies unending thrill
Or close your eyes then you'll see
A million stars in the galaxy
When the sun does not rise
The million stars shall suffice
Though fairy tales are but lies
You I hope, shall live one out
It's good that joy cannot be bought
Since that means it can't be weighed
You'll have it all and not be crushed
Hey, you know I had a dream
It wasn't mine it would seem
Through the glass into the street
In the middle I saw a fleet
Of vehicles black from front to back
How I thought I was in luck!!
