To lose is to win, don't you understand?
The world can never change, there's no magic, there's no wand.
What changes is the seasons, they come and then they go.
If the sun didn't rise, it's daylight you'll fore go.
There's not much you can do, light a home, light a town.
If the sun didn't rise, they'd have a hero of their own.
If the sun didn't rise, it'd be time to be the light.
To lose is to win, when it is that kind of fight.
To give is to gain, it does wonders for the heart.
If you've never been so low, you wouldn't know how to rise.
You're a Phoenix, you're a rock & the day is yours to seize.
