Now it's gone, don't know where to

Or something resistant to fire!
On my list, it's way up higher
Fresh as truth outta mouth of a liar
Great as proof that frees ya of murder
I'm no beast, I do have compassion
Nothing's greater in me, than passion
Words they say, it's just but a fashion
Chase the wind, withdraw thy caution
There is no man, without emotion
Can you debate without a motion?!
On my heart, I used to feed them
For they truly were my dreams
But nothing is ever as it seems
