"Elle, watch your sisters' school play later, please? Buong school nila 'yung participants so it's very important for them." Pakiusap ni Mommy while breakfast.

Maagang umalis ang dalawa dahil nga may play daw sila at mahaba pa ang preparations na gagawin nila.

"Formal?"

"I already prepared 'yung sosootin mo."

"Mommy, 'wag 'yun. Sleeveless 'yun, malamig sa theatre nila."

"Wear it for me, please? I bought it just for that play for you to wear."

It's a white silk faille bow strap dress. Maganda siya, it's not something I'd wear randomly but their school is really cold.

"Fine."

After I took a bath, I changed into the dress and blow-dried my hair. I'm satisfied with my hair. I just added blush and tint so I won't look pale.

"Mommy, you like it?" I asked her when I completed my look.

"Wait, may kulang." She said and rushed to my closet.

"Ha?"

"Beige stilettos, and this," she smiled widely. "Look complete."

"Mommy, I'm not bringing a birkin to a school play."

"Sige na, alis na. Here's the invitation."

"2 people sabi?"

"The other one is supposed to be mine. Pero sabi ko ikaw nalang a-attend. Oh, alis na!"

I secretly shoved a black open sleeve cape coat in my car. Hindi nagpapatalo si Mommy eh.

Pagdating sa theatre, agad din akong sinalubong ng dalawa. They asked me to bring supplies they needed. Hindi ko muna pinakita 'yung flowers nila, it's a surprise. Mamaya ko nalang ilalabas.

I had flowers arranged for them with thousand bills on the petal. Since Janice loves white, I had flowers arranged for her with white shades. As far as I know, it's anemone, freesias, ranunculus and white peonies. And for Shaniah who loves pink and red, geraniums, pink peonies, cosmos and proteas.

Pagpasok ko ng theatre, medyo madami na ring tao. Um-upo ako sa elevated area, where I can see them but not too far away from the stage, at the middle.

I'm already feeling a bit cold pero naiwan ko 'yung coat ko sa parking. The area is slowly being crowded and the parking is far away.

"Hey." A man sat beside me.

"Alistair?"

"Tita told me to accompany you here." He said and arranged his watch.

He's wearing white long sleeves that's folded until his elbow tucked in a black pants paired with white sneakers. He's holding his coat on his arms. Mukhang kaka-galing niya lang sa office.

"I told you not to fold your coat like that." Sabi ko at kinuha ang coat niya mula sa kamay niya para itupi.

"Isosoot ko na din e." He laughed. "Hindi ka galit na andito ako?"

"May choice ba ako?" I asked him, letting the things happen randomly.

"Oh." He nodded. "Touché."

"Thanks."

"You look good." He whispered.

"Thanks?"

"Bakit patanong?" He laughed. "You're so damn beautiful."

"Shh." Saway ko nang marinig na ang introduction sa stage.

"Alright." Suko niya. Nanahimik na siya.
