Trouble! A Nalu Fanfiction

Chapter 1 "The Beginning"

"I hate my life." This is Lucy Heartfilia and as she just said she hates her life. The following reasons are why:

1) She's failing most of her classes except her favorite class, English.

2) She is graduating from high school soon but she is on house arrest until she brings up her grade in math to at least an 'B'.

3) None of her friends will help her because they say she needs to do it on her own but they were most likely bribed by her father.

"Math is stupid." I slammed my head into my desk repeatedly but then slammed it a little too hard and regretted it.

"Shit, that hurt." I sighed, picking up my phone. I checked my messages, grimacing as I did so. My best friends, Erza Scarlett and Levy McGarden, had just told me that there was a party tonight at Sting Eucliffe's house and guess what the awesome part was? I. COULDN'T. GO.

So what did I do? I called up Erza and complained.

"Erza..."

"Hey, Lucy, where are you? The party is in full swing."

"Yeah, remember my whole grade situation?"

"Uh huh."

"Okay, remember when I said I was on house arrest?"

"Uh, yeah."

"That means I can't go."

"Yeah, okay."

"Are you even listening to me?"

"Yeah, but didn't you hear me? There is a party and its in full swing."

"...did 'under house arrest' not pass through your ears?"

"Sneak out, Lucy!!!"

"Are you kidding me? Do you know what will happen if I get caught?"

Erza sighed on the other side of the phone. "....you're such a goody goody."

"Erza, I know you just did not go there Ms. Student-Council-president-and-A-honor-roll-student." I heard her laugh.

"Don't be jealous, Lucy. It's not cute. Anyway, I'll call you when the party is over, okay?"

"Okay, bye. Don't get drunk."

"I won't and Levy said 'hey'. Goodnight, Lucy."

"Night." I put my phone down and sighed.

"I want to take a walk." I put on my shoes and walked downstairs.

"Mom!!!"

"What is it, Lucy?"

"I'm going for a quick jog. I'll be back in a little bit."

"Okay, come back before your father gets home."

"I will." And with that I walked out of the house.

MYSTERY PERSON POV

"What the hell is wrong with you? You almost got arrested again!!!" I sighed.

"It's not my fault. That dude was asking for a fight."

She glared at me. "That's beside the point, Natsu! You did this more than once and God knows what you have been doing when your family isn't looking."

It was my turn to glare at her. "Why do you care? You don't give a damn about me. You only care about the Dragneel's reputation!!! But it doesn't matter because it was already ruined from the moment you stepped in this goddamn house."

She looked shocked. "Natsu!"

I stood up and walked to the door. "What?"

"Where are you going?"

"Out."

"Oh, to be a criminal again?" I laughed.

"You'll be surprised."

"Just get out. There is no use in talking to you."

And with that, I walked out of the door but not slow enough to see her standing there with a heartbroken look on her face.
