Chapter 17: The Rainy Night Together

(Author LeviAndErenAreMine's note): Honestly I think this chapter might be a long one so I have some nice rain music that definitely matches the mood. When I say this might be a long chapter I'm not sure, I just keep on writing until it needs to be on a new chapter so enjoy! (My usual chapter length is: 400-700 words. But if I'm in the mood or have a make up chapter because I missed a day it will be between: 900-2500 words.) Remember to vote if you like this chapter!

Y/n P.O.V 

I heard everything Levi, Erwin and Hange said. Even though I couldn't move my body or open my eyes or say something I could hear perfectly well. Knowing that Levi still loved me and this was his stupid plan I felt a warm tingle in the pit of my stomach when he held my hand.

I felt warm rough hands grab my small ones and press them into the cheeks of a person. This was amazing, I've always fantasized my hand caressing Levi's cheeks that seem so cold, I want to bring warmth to those frozen cheeks but this time in reality it seems he's making me so warm.

Hearing the door close and click signifying Hange and Erwin left I felt Levi shuffle around beside me. I frowned, did this man wanna leave me again? 

"F*ck you Y/n."

What? Did I do something? Was my fantasizing with the wrong person? Erwin? I shivered not believing I stroke his hairy eyebrows.

Levi P.O.V

"F*ck you Y/n," I said while looking at her with disbelief.

She was one of the strongest soldiers in the 104th trainees but yet she fainted because of her weak body and me. I felt my stomach sink in thinking about how Y/n had been skipping her Lunch. Honestly she and Sasha were alike they both preferred doing anything else but give up their dinner.

I looked back at Y/n and saw her shiver. Panicking was all I could do before I rushed into Hange's room trying to find some blankets and heat pockets. Without even bothering anymore I scooped Y/n up and walked out towards my room. I didn't care anymore what people thought or what Y/n would think, right now what matters was getting Y/n warm.

I kicked open my office door than my bedroom door. Laying down Y/n carefully on my spotless bed, I moved some of her loose hair out of her face. I admired her adorable sleeping face before I remembered I have to get blankets. Rummaging through my storage cabinet I couldn't find anything warm and suitable for Y/n. Learning from Hange, Y/n gets cold easily and it was why she had massive layers of thick blankets in her tiny room. Finally getting the thought I rushed out of my office to Y/n's bedroom and grabbed 5 of her blankets not knowing how much she needed.

Closing all the doors behind me, I tucked Y/n into bed with 5 blankets on top of her all very poufy and f/c. I sighed in relief seeing the comfortable smile appear on her face and I watched her sleep. The little soft exhales were so nice to my ears and listening to the rain made me feel relaxed. It was already past dinner and it was getting dark but I was mostly worried if Y/n was hungry.

Staying by Y/n's side all night I did some paperwork before I heard whimpers coming from my left side. Turning my head to the direction of the sound I saw the furrowed eyebrows and squirming body of Y/n. She was wiggling around and sweating, her body cold and stiff. It was just like last time except I knew what to do this time.

I gently got into the empty side next to Y/n and I picked her fragile body up and I wrapped my arms around her body. At first when Y/n started hugging and holding my hand I was uncomfortable not use to this warm feeling but soon after 3 days I couldn't get enough of it but my way of expressing it was not good which lead to our break up.

Now getting Y/n back I was not letting her go ever. I kissed her forehead and hummed a bit going with the sound of the Rain. Finally feeling Y/n relax, her body suddenly moves away from me and we stare at each other.

Y/n panicked and kept on apologizing about staying in my bed. But I told her it was fine and that we were dating so it was okay. Y/n stared at me in confusion and then tears fell down her face. 

"W-what? Us? Dating?" Y/n quivered her lips shaking.

I went closer to Y/n taking her hand in mines and kiss her on her forehead, "Yes you adorable brat. Don't you remember that I took you back and that you only belong to me?"

"B-but aren't you and Petra dating? Even married! You said that breaking up with me was the best choice in your life because you got to be with Petra. You even invited me to your wedding and I-."

I cut her off by chuckling lightly. Looking at her confused pout I couldn't resist and I kissed her. It made me frown when she pushed me away but then I remembered she thought me and Petra were married. 

"You silly idiot. You're my idiot, my precious sun and moon that lights up my day anytime. Why would you think I'd be with Petra. That snoopy brat doesn't deserve to even look at me and my face only you are allowed."

"But-"

"But it was just a dream Y/n. I would never leave you. I would die than leave you. I could never do that to you Y/n."

I watched as a smile appeared on her lips and she buried her head in my chest. I felt my stomach explode as I felt her breath softly onto my chest realizing she was falling asleep again.

I kissed her temple as she snored quietly and I listened to the rain before falling asleep shortly.

If this was what Love truly felt like...I would never let it go.
