addison parked her car and after getting out of it, we arrived at the front door of the house where there was the party.

i couldn't see much, but it seemed a pretty big house. "it's quite a big place, how many people live here? i asked curious.

charli only told me that they were starting this big house of creators, but i didn't know how many of them lived here.

"probably there are gonna be a couple more, but for now there's gonna be 10 of us." charli said.

i was trying to think about who they could be, but she anticipated me saying: "it's gonna be me, addison, avani, thomas, mia, ryland, nick, micheal, alex and kouvr for now."

i simply nodded because i didn't know half of these people and after some seconds a guy showed up at the door: "you guys are here, come in." he smiled. "some people are still coming but we're gonna start in a few."

we entered and i was fascinated by how beautiful and spacious that house was. at the entrance there was a billiard table and three big couches around it. there were also some mics and speakers. the next thing in my mind was: me and the girls doing another karaoke sesh.

i instantly smiled thinking about that, but someone snapped me out of my thoughts. "anna, this is thomas, the guy that helped us creating this house." charli introduced me the guy that welcomed us here.

"nice to meet you." i introduced myself smiling. he didn't look like he was our age, he was probably a little bit older. that was reasonable since some kids who aren't even 18 wouldn't be able to create a big house like this out of nowhere.

"the best looking in the house has arrived!" we suddenly heard by someone who just entered the house.

we all turned around to see who it was and i started laughing when i recognised him: ryland. he was such a funny guy and i was sure we would have had a lot of fun with him.

"i know you were all bored and shit, but now i'm here don't worry." ryland contuinued saying joking. "oh hey, you decided to join us." then he said coming closer to me.

"yea i'm here." i giggled. "after all vinnie's parents gave me the permission, so" and speaking of vinnie, i saw him coming in with another guy that i never met.

"yea yea, i promise you that you're gonna have a lot of fun with us." ryland said putting his arm around my shoulders and giving me a little hug. i smiled. i liked feeling so welcomed even though it had only been few days i got here.

then my eyes got on addison, who was standing in front of me and i noticed she wasn't really in the mood for being here.

i didn't know much about her and her personal life, but whoever this bryce guy was, this really affected her.

i was about to get closer to her, when vinnie and guy i never met joined us. "is ryland already being a jerk, huh?" the guy said.

i giggled and then ryland came closer to me and he whispered: "nah maybe he's talking about vinnie."

the giggle turned into a laugh and now everyone was looking at us laughing our ass off. probably ryland has been friends with vinnie long enough to know how he was. lucky him, i still have to figure it out.

"what's so funny?" addison asked confused as everyone else.

i didn't say anything, hoping that ryland would have my back and i just looked at vinnie, who wasn't enjoying the situation at all. he looked at me back and he just shook his head.

after that little funny moment vinnie, ryland, thomas and the other guy decided to play billiards, while me and the girls were simply sitting on the couch watching them.

despite i didn't understand much about billiards, it was fun to watch the boys playing it, specially cause ryland and vinnie was always yelling at each other.

"c'mon nick you're losing against ryland, aren't you ashamed?" avani said joking.

i guess nick was the guy who came here with vinnie and ryland. we all started laughing except nick who was just looking at avani with a very serious expression, then he turned around and kept playing.

suddenly the door bell rang and thomas stopped playing. "i guess the other boys have arrived." he said while he went opening the door.

i didn't know why, but i immediately turned into addison's direction and she was visibly uncomfortable. i guess that 'the other boys' included bryce. i was really curious to see how he looked like.

"addison, it's okay. just say hi as normal people, you don't have necessarly talk to him." charli said touching lightly her shoulder.

"yeah right, you're here with us and we're gonna have fun." avani spoke supporting what charli said.

i wanted to say something to make addison feel better, but i didn't know what happened between them. i simply went closer to her hugging her.

she hugged me back and seemed like she understood that even though i didn't say anything i was there for her. charli and avani joined us and it was a pretty cute scene. just girls supporting girls as it should be.

"oh c'mon you guys can stop with this, we've already seen enough." i heard vinnie speaking. of course he was ruining the cute moment.

"oh vinnie, you're jealous because anna's hugging us and not you?" charli spoke and i didn't really expected that. i slightly punched charli's arm and then i looked at vinnie, who was looking at me back.

"shut your lips." vinnie said making a funny face. i chuckled and vinnie must have had noticed it, cause he looked at me again with a little smile on his face.

if only vinnie was acting like this all the time, we would have probably been good friends, but no, he had to act like a jerk the most of the time and then smile at me when i least expected it.

but i had to say that he wasn't really a bad person, because since we ever first met he made sure i wouldn't feel uncomfortable and i couldn't have been happier with him and his family.

"uh guys." thomas was standing in front of us and he didn't seem very happy. we all looked at him and i couldn't see 'the boys' he was talking about before.

then few seconds later a person appeared and they didn't seem enjoying her presence here.

well, neither did i actually. why was emily here when nobody invited her?
