DC isn't related to America at all but he helped him out a lot during times like The Civil War, World War 1, The Great Depression, World War 2, and most importantly the Cold War. He is very good friends with America and likes to work with him.

London is related to Britain and England. England is his father and Britain is his brother. The other countries that are a part of the UK are very good friends with him.

Paris' father is the Kingdom of France who is also France's father. So she's France's sister.

Ottowa is a year older then Canada. Like DC, Ottowa isn't related to his country in any way but they're great friends.

Berlin's father was Prussia who was the brother to The German Empire aka, The Second Reich. After Second killed Prussia, Berlin became his capital although he resented him deeply. He practically raised Second's son Third Reich. So, Berlin is the Third Reich's cousin. Then Reich's son Germany was born, so Berlin is related to Germany but not closely related.

Moscow is the son of the USSR. Although he didn't like his father much he still drove himself to make him proud. But that never succeeded because Soviet loved Russia more then Moscow. So Russia is Moscow's little brother. Moscow is very jealous of him though.

Beijing is the son of China and is relatively young for a capital. He was born in the late 1900's so other capitals see him as immature and annoying sometimes.
