"I think we should put our names down, so we know who was here" Hermione told the students who were trusted and were at the Hog's Head meeting that afternoon. Everyone minus the Golden four looked uncomfortable with that idea.
"I don't know... if it were found we could easily be discovered... I mean, Umbridge wouldn't like the idea" Ernie said rather cautiously. "Do you really think she would just leave it lying around? Hermione's no idiot, that would never happen" Diana told him.
Seamus glared at Diana, this caught Ron's attention. He had been standing near Seamus, he moved closer to Seamus subtly. "Do you want to be punched a second time?" Ron asked, "I didn't say anything" Seamus told him. "You're glaring at her, don't" Ron told him and then walked back to Harry.
"It's enchanted nonetheless so it won't be discovered by anyone that's not supposed to know" Hermione said. That had eased up some of the kids but for the most part people were still hesitant. The Weasley twins signed eagerly once they did everyone fell in line.
"What should we call ourselves?" Hermione asked. "What about Anti-Umbridge league?" Angelina suggested. "It'd be too obvious, we need something that won't be easy recognizable or could give away what we're doing" Diana told her.
"I think it should be Dumbledore's Army" Ginny suggested. "That's perfect" Harry told the red head, who smiled. "Dumbledore's Army it is then, D.A for short" Hermione said. "We'll let you know when we'll meet" Hermione then said and the meeting dispersed.
As the four made their way back to the castle, Hermione spoke out "I think that went well". "Yeah" Harry said, "did you see Cho and Ginny?" Ron asked Harry. "No? What about them?" Harry asked confused. "You better watch out, Diana, those two couldn't keep their eyes off your boyfriend" Ron said.
Hermione smacked Ron on the back of the head. Diana didn't know how to respond to that so instead she stayed quiet, Harry noticed her uncomfortable state and glared at Ron.
"I was only joking. You know that, right?" Ron asked Diana. "Yeah" Diana said and laughed slightly although it sounded forced. Hermione and Harry shot simultaneous glares at Ron, he frowned at the thought of possibly upsetting his friend.

Harry and Diana had been walking down the corridors, not really saying much seeing as Diana was reading while she walked. "Why are you always reading?" Harry asked, Diana looked up from her book and said, "Because It's an escape from reality. You get to see life through fictional characters perspective, I-" Diana was saying before Harry cut her off by kissing her.
Harry practically jumped back once he heard someone's voice. "Harry, you won't believe that... Umbridge woman... she's too much" Angelina came up in a rush. "Did I interrupt something?" Angelina asked as she looked between the pair.
"No, no, you didn't. It's nothing. What's going on?" Harry told Angelina, "follow me" she said. Harry followed Angelina and left Diana standing there for a while. "It's nothing" Diana mumbled to herself as she walked in the opposite direction.

Later that night Harry was pacing back and fourth in the common room. "It can't be a coincidence" Harry said, as he continued pacing. Ron and Hermione watched him pace and then Ron leaned towards Diana, "don't" Diana muttered before Ron got a chance to say anything.
"She knows" Harry said. "She can't!" Ron told Harry. "Look, we don't know how many people could have overheard our meeting and told her" Harry tried staying calm. "Or someone at the meeting could have blabbed to her" Ron said.
"No, they couldn't have" Hermione mumbled. "Why is that?" Diana asked, no answer. "You did something, didn't you?" Diana asked Hermione. "The parchment you had us all sign, you enchanted it. Made it so no one could snitch without some sort of visible punishment?" Diana put two and two together.
"I did not agree nor disagree with that statement" Hermione said. "How did you figure that out? I did not even mention anything, nonetheless of the punishment that occurs if someone snitched. You couldn't posibly have kown I had it write "SNEAK" on whoever betrayed us. There was nothing pointing in the direction what I did" Hermione then said after two seconds of silence.
"I was curious on why you were eager to have everyone sign the paper but I wasn't sure you actually did anything until you just told me" Diana told Hermione, who stared at the brunette in disbelief.
"Did you manage to out smart Hermione Granger?" Ron asked. "Yes, yes, she did" Hermione said blankly. "Ha!" Harry shouted and pointed at Ron, "and hell isn't frozen over" Harry said. "Fine, whatever" Ron huffed and handed Harry three galleons.
"Did you guys bet?" Diana asked. "Pfft, no. What gave you that idea?" Ron said in a shaky tone. "I'm sorry, it was a joke. Don't burn me alive... oh, look it's Hedwig!" Ron then said and pointed at the snowy owl flying in through the open window.
"She's hurt" Diana said as she watched the owl fly down slowly and let out a soft hoot. "She doesn't look very good" Ron said as Harry picked up the owl, "take her to Professor Grubby-Plank, she'll know what to do" Hermione suggested.

"Room of Requirements? I've heard of that" Diana said, as Harry had told her about his conversation with Dobby the house elf. "Do you know where it is?" Harry asked. "I believe I do. I've read about it before. I think I know where it would be" Diana told him.
The next say it had been a Slytherin versus Gryffindor Quidditch game. Gryffindor had one won, as always. But their Keeper, Draco Malfoy, was being his usual pain in the ass self at his loss. "I've never seen a worse Keeper! Maybe we should add some more verses to our song. About his filthy mother!" Malfoy sneered.
George tried to leap at the blonde boy but was instantly held back by Harry and Fred. "And his pathetic excuse of a father too!" Malfoy laughed. It was now Fred who tried hitting Malfoy but was retrained from doing so by his team mates.
Diana had been going over to the Gryffindors and noticed the restrain that was being held against the Weasley twins. "But then, you like the Weasleys, don't you? How can you stand the stink?" Malfoy asked Harry. 'This won't end well' Diana thought as she had made her way closer to the furious Quidditch players.
"I guess it reminds you of your own dear mother" Malfoy then said, until he noticed Diana standing a few feet behind. "Or maybe the corpse of her dead father. Is your mother dead as well, sweetheart? Are the two orphan halfbloods bonding? I hope your mother is dead so she doesn't see what a disappointment her daughter is" Malfoy asked directing his comment towards Diana.
That was the breaking point for Harry seeing as he let go of the Weasley as ran towards Malfoy, punching him repeatedly. "Don't. Ever. Speak. To. Her. Like. That. Or any of my friends, do you understand me?" Harry asked between punches.
George managed to break free and was also returning the favor with punches to the blonde 5th year. Diana wanted to say or do something but Ron grabbed her wrist and shook his head with a grin on his face.
"Impedimenta!" Madam Hooch shouted, using her spell to blast the Gryffindors off Malfoy. McGonagall stormed on the field and shouted, "what on earth do you two think you're doing?!". Harry didn't answer but instead tried going back to hit him again but Madam Hooch stood between the two boys with her wand pointing at Harry.
"Don't make me stupify you, Potter" Madam Hooch told him. Harry turned to see Diana staring in disbelief at what she had just witness, she shook her head slightly. Harry then took a deep breathe, glared daggers at Malfoy, who had looked traumatized and was now crying.
"My office. Now" McGonagall told Harry, she was fuming with anger but still managed to roll her eyes at Malfoy seeing as she knew he had said something to start this mess.
