A/N- I am going to be completely honest... I'm lazy lol. I do not feel like writing a Christmas chapter or write the actual Harry Potter scene. So we are going to skip it and go straight to the end of winter break. Sorry.
After their Winter break, Ron had been telling Diana about the events at the Burrow. "That's awful. I'm so sorry" Diana said. Ron shrugged and tried to play it off as nothing. "I would have thought it would be you who burned my house down" he joked dryly.
Diana simply hugged her red headed friend, to which he hugged her back. He was about to say something when Diana felt herself be shoved off him. "My Won Won. How was your break?" Lavender asked Ron.
"My house burned down" Ron said slowly with a blank expression as he had forgotten he had a girlfriend. Lavender started laughing, "your jokes are so realistic sometimes. Isn't he funny, Diana?" Lavender. "I wasn't joking" Ron muttered.
Lavender had then taken Diana's spot next to him, Diana standing up abruptly. She felt a hand latch onto hers, and turned around to see Harry. He walked back a bit and Hermione had glared at Lavender. "Excuse me, I have to go and vomit" Hermione scoffed.
As Hermione walked away, the couple turned to see Lavender now on Ron's back, to which she was laughing and he looked miserable. Harry shot him a sympathetic smile and began walking to class with his girlfriend until he remembered he had to go see Dumbledore.
Diana knew this since he made the face he always makes when he has to go talk to the Headmaster. "Go" Diana joked as she let go of his hand, he hesitated but started heading towards the office.

As Harry headed towards the dungeons to talk to Slughorn he ran into the blonde Slytherin he so much despised. Malfoy didn't even bat an eye before walking straight past Harry, leaving Harry to roll his eyes.
As Harry walked into the Potions classroom he saw Slughorn smile at him. "Well if it isn't the prince of potions himself" Slughorn said. "To what do I owe this pleasure?" Slughorn asked as he turned around and started organizing his ingredients.
"Well, sir, I wanted to ask you something. If you don't mind" Harry said. "Ask away" Slughorn said. "Well, you see, the other day I was in the library, in the restricted section and I came across something... rather odd about a rare piece of magic" he told the professor, who looked confused.
"What is this rare piece of magic?" he asked the raven haired boy. "I don't know the name exactly. It just got me wonder, is there some kind of magic you're not supposed to teach us?" Harry asked.
Slughorn didn't know how to answer. "I'm a Potions teacher... I think your question would be better answered by Snape" Slughorn hesitated to say. "Yes, well, he and I don't really see eye to eye" Harry said.
While Harry tried prying any information from Slughorn, Diana had been trying to control er magic. Hermione let out a scream as the book she was reading burst into blue flames. Hermione didn't think before throwing her book on her bed and then having the fire spread to her bed.
"Mione!" Diana said as she watched the flames span out. "I didn't know what to do with it" Hermione said. Diana said the reversal spell but the fire wouldn't stop. "Put it out!" Hermione said. "I'm trying!" Diana said.
Diana managed to put the fire out before it spread to anyone else's bed. "Why the hell was the fire blue?" Hermione asked after a moment of silence. "I've been trying to figure that out for years and I still don't know" Diana replied.
"Have you asked-" Hermione was about to say but then cut her self off, before Diana could respond Ginny burst into the room in tears. "Oh my god. Ginny, what's wrong?" Diana asked as both her and Hermione rushed up to the crying red head. Ginny didn't answer right away. Diana did in fact notice a bruise on her arm, which Ginny claimed to be from Quidditch but it was clear that that was a hit.
"Who hit you?" Diana asked. "What?" Hermione asked and examined Ginny until she saw the bruise, only to reveal multiple on her arm. Ginny had explained how her now ex boyfriend had been hitting her since he found out she had feelings for Luna. He had called her homophobic slurs and being abusive over Ginny. The only reason Ginny hadn't said anything was because she didn't want Luna to feel guilty for anything.
"That bastard" Diana said as she shot up. "Where are you going?" Hermione asked as she was still hugging Ginny. "To kill a bitch" Diana answered. "Diana?" Ginny said before Diana walked out of the room. "I suggest using your infamous fire spells" Ginny said as she smirked in the slightest, Hermione nodded and Diana nodded. "With pleasure" she said as she stormed out of the room, fuming with anger.

Diana pounded on the door to the Gryffindor boy's dormitory. "Diana, what a lovely-" Neville didn't get a chance to finish before Diana said, "where the hell is he?". Seamus and Neville looked confused, "Harry? Ron? They were roaming the corridor last time I saw them" Neville said. "Not them. Where's Dean Thomas?" Diana asked.
Dean had been walking up the stairs when he heard Diana and ran back down the stairs and through the common room. Diana heard the footsteps running away from her and ran down the stairs. Neville stood at the doorway momentarily before shrugging and closing the door.
Dean made it pretty far, especially with Diana's surprisingly extra speed, which she had no idea how she had the extra speed. "Get back here you son of a bitch!" Diana shouted as Dean ran into the boy's bathroom. Diana felt someone hold her back from running into the bathroom and murdering the Gryffindor idiot.
"Bloody hell! What are you doing?" Ron asked Diana as Harry let go of the girl. "I'm going to burn Dean Thomas's face off" Diana muttered. "Why?" Harry asked.
"That fucking bastard was being a homophobic bitch and was hitting Gi-" Diana didn't get to finish before Ron cut her off, "Ginny?! He hit my sister?!" Ron asked as his face got redder and his hands turned into fists.
Diana nodded and with that Ron stormed into the boys bathroom and saw Dean practically hiding in one of the stalls. Ron kicked open the stall and dragged Dean out by his collar. "Don't. you. ever. lay. a. hand. on. my. sister. Ever. Do you understand?" Ron said in between punches.
Dean's white collard shirt soon had blood covering it. "I said, do you understand?!" Ron said even more furious. Dean nodded but that wasn't enough for Ron. "Say you understand" Ron muttered, Dean hesitated to say so. "Say it! Say it before I have Diana burn you alive you stupid piece of shit!!" Ron shouted.
Diana and Harry heard everything from outside and it took all of Diana's will power to not actually burn Dean alive. "Is Ginny okay?" Harry asked Diana. "She's not the best mentally but physically we all known that girl is tougher than nails" Diana said.
Ron walked out a few seconds later with blood on his fist, that clearly wasn't his. "Where is she?" Ron broke the silence. "Girl's dormitory with Hermione" Diana answered, Ron nodded and practically marched to the Gryffindor tower, ignoring the stares he got on the way.
"I'm just glad Ron stepped in when he did" Harry said randomly, "Because had it just been you then we would have had a flamed douche kebab". "Damn straight I would have" Diana muttered.
Diana turned around to see Dean walking out the bathroom, covered in blood and he had been limping slightly, which made Diana curious on how hard Ron hit him and where he hit him.
