Backstory: Richard Yagami was a smart student, like his brother Light Yagami. And started to hate his brother after finding out that he is a fake hero named Kira, responsible for his father's death. His determination to bring Kira to Justice caused him to become part of the Dekaranger Project led by the redeemed Lex Luthor. Now he seeks to bring all fake heroes to Justice.
