Backstory: After redeeming himself for his crimes, Lex Luthor is planning to recruit a new generation of heroes known as Dekaranger. He recruits Richard Yagami, Kevin Rose, izuku Midoriya, Velvet Scarlatina and Yagyu. He became their leader Deka Shadow. His mission is to defend the world from various alien threats (he still sees Superman as a threat) and fake heroes.
