Today we are dependent to each other. If you are good then U am good if you are not then I am upset but when you are detach which means their state of mind doesn't influence on your state of mind. You will Able to remine who you are ?
It's totally only the detached state which Experience unconditional love and respect for the other person. Unconditional love means my love is not depend on any condition. So detachment is equal to unconditional love. ❤️
