Elizabeth's POV
I woke up the next morning, Nellie curled up to my side. I was still in the bed with her, having fallen asleep there.Surprisingly, it was easier for me to sleep after knowing Nellie wasn't mad at me anymore. I was happier knowing that she loved me again.
I watched Nellie, carefully, making sure she wouldn't wake up. Then, I got up and went to the bathroom to take a shower. I got dressed and put my brown hair up into a bun. I then snuck into the room where Robbie was and went to wake him up.
"Morning Love." I said, hugging Robbie. He jumped up out of the bed and looked at me.
"M-morning Lizzie. How are you?" I smiled at him. "Nellie and I made up last night. I know this is going to be hard, but, we are going to be a great family and this is going to work out." Robbie kissed the top of my head and smiled back at me.
"I'm glad babe. I know you're going to be an amazing mother."
While Robbie got ready, I went downstairs and got us breakfast. I made Robbie and I Omelets and got Nellie a Strawberry crepe before getting some glasses of orange juice and going back up to the hotel room.
"Morning mom." I hear Nellie say as I walk in the room. "Morning sweetie." I sat the food down on the table and pulled up a chair for her.
"So, mom?" Nellie asks, looking at me. "Yes sweetie? What's up?" "What is it like to play Wanda?"
I sit, thinking for a minute and then respond.
"Playing Wanda for the past seven years has been amazing. I have gotten to know the character so well. Especially working with amazing people like Paul and Kathryn, it is much easier to get into character with them. One thing I love about Wanda is her character progression. From when we meet her in Age of Ultron and she's against the hero's to WandaVision when she goes through the stages of mourning in order to discover herself as the Scarlet Witch to where we leave her in Multiverse with- oh shit. I wasn't supposed to say that-don't tell anyone, okay?" Nellie laughs.
"Finally I know what happens in Multiverse! Thanks mom!" I bury my head in my hands and look up scared. "I swear if that goes on Social Media-" "It won't, it won't." I start laughing at myself and we end up both laughing.
Robbie joins us at the table and we eat while we run over where we will be driving through today. Before we leave, Robbie stops Nellie.
"Nellie? We just wanted to let you know that when we get to LA tomorrow, after we put our things away, You, your mom and Aubrey Plaza are going shopping for your room." Robbie tells her.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so excited for that! Thank you." She hugs us and I smile. Then, Robbie whispers in my ear.
"Tomorrow morning before she wakes up, we are meeting with Aubrey and getting Nellie a basket of things to surprise her when we get home." He whispers. I nod. "Sounds like a plan."
When we get into the car, Robbie asks what we want to listen to.
"Mom? What's your favorite Milo Greene song?" Nellie asks me. "Move. For sure." I smile at Robbie as he puts Adult Contemporary on and we all sing along to move.
The car ride this time feels different. Nellie and I sing along to our favorite songs and we end up listening to musicals for hours on end. I knew that even though this was my first time being a mom, and I hadn't been doing that well of a job yet, we would figure it out together.
