Robbie's POV
After having a long and hard weekend and being an amazing mother, I decided I wanted to surprise Lizzie the Tuesday before we were supposed to go to Ohio with a breakfast date. We hadn't really had a proper date in a while, it had been since before we took Nellie in.

So, I carefully got out of bed before Lizzie got up and got myself ready. I put on a suit and I went to go buy Elizabeth some flowers. I picked out a very pretty bouquet of red roses that I thought would go really well with her viridian green eyes.

After I paid for the roses, I put them in the car and drove home. I walked in and smiled as I saw Lizzie in the kitchen drinking a cup of coffee.

"Morning love." I say, hugging Lizzie with the roses behind my back.

"Morning Robbie. What's all this for?" Lizzie asked smiling at me. "Well, I figured that I would take you on a breakfast date to your favorite restaurant. So, go get dressed babe." I give her a kiss and she runs off to go get changed.

A minute later, Lizzie comes back wearing a stripped sundress, black heels and holding her purse. Her brown hair was now curled.

"You look gorgeous Elizabeth." I said, handing her the roses I bought. "Thank you Robbie." She smiled and went to put the flowers in a vase of water.

Lizzie and I told Nellie we were leaving and that we'd be back soon and then we left.

Once we got to the restaurant and were seated, Lizzie ordered a Mimosa and avocado toast and I got Orange Juice and some French toast.

After breakfast, we went for a walk before returning home.

"Thank you Robbie. I really enjoyed that." "Of course, my love."
