Nellie's POV When we check into the hotel, Lizzie and Robbie give Shayla and I our room key. I thank them as Shayla and I go up to our room on the top floor.
Shayla and I got to the room and I took out the card Lizzie had given us and carefully tapped it against the door.
"And we are in." I said, turning back towards Shayla.
Shayla held the door as I walked inside and sat my things down on the second bed.
"Wow, this is huge." Shayla said, walking inside and looking around the room at the living/dinning area and into the bedroom. "Lizzie and Robbie didn't have to give us a suite." I replied, laughing.
Once we put our things away, Shayla watched The Umbrella Academy while I went and changed into my bathing suit for the water park.
I put my long brown hair up into a bun to keep it up and out of my face. Then, I put on my flowered one piece swimsuit and put on a long t-shirt and some red shorts over it. I put on my flip-flops and walked out of the bathroom to give Shayla some time to change.
While Shayla was getting changed, I watched Bailey Sarian's 'Murder, Mystery and Makeup Monday' YouTube video from last Monday that I had missed. In the middle of Bailey talking about the cannibal, mom walked in to check on me.
"Hey Nellie. Shayla's family is still getting ready. So, your dad and I are just gonna head down and get coffee and we will all meet in the lobby in 20 minutes. Does that sound good?" "Yep. That works for us."
Lizzie nodded and I gave her a hug before she left.
Shayla came out of the bathroom and we finished the video before putting on music by the classic band known as the Backyardigans.
When it was time to meet up, Shayla and I grabbed our bags and headed down to the lobby to meet up with Lizzie, Robbie and the rest of Shayla's family.
We meet up with them and I look down at a notification on my phone to see that there was a new picture of my parents, that the paparazzi had taken, all over fan accounts.

I laughed at the caption and liked the post before looking back up at Robbie who was talking.
"So, Shayla and Nellie will go with you guys and then we can meet up when we get there. Lizzie and I haven't been here before, so, I guess we will follow behind you guys." He told Shayla's parents who agreed.
Shayla, her family and I then left with Lizzie and Robbie following behind us.
As I sat next to Shayla, I smiled at her and took a video of her to put on my Instagram story. I laughed at the look she gave me once I posted it and then gave her one of my earbuds to listen to music until we got to the park.
When we got there, we parked and met in front of the zoo entrance. Since we were going to the waterpark today and the zoo tomorrow, we walked over to the entrance of the waterpark and after scanning our tickets, we walked inside.
Once we went inside, we went over to the Cabana that Lizzie had rented for us and put our things down. We put on sunscreen and drink some of the complementary sodas that came with our cabana.
"Okay. Shayla and I are going to go ride some slides." I tell Lizzie as she is taking out the towel from inside her bag.
"Alright. Your dad and I are going to go over to the adults only section. Have fun." "Thanks mom."
Shayla and I started to walk over to the Cyclone when I looked back at Shayla as I got a Tik Tok song stuck in my head.
"Hey Shayla?" "Yeah?"
"Castaways, we are castaways" I started, Shayla chiming in and singing along with me.
"Ahoy there, ahoy, we are castaways We're stuck where we are with no house, no car Castaways, ahoy, we are castawaysWe were out at sea on a sailing ship The rain began to rain and the wind began to whip We felt the ship tip, it was going down So we launched our lifeboat so we wouldn't drownCastaways, we are castaways Ahoy there, ahoy, we are castaways On an island at sea Just me Me And me! We laugh as we finish and then we get in line for the Cyclone. After waiting for 10 minutes, Shayla and I set across from each other in the raft as we plunged 55 feet into a funnel before continuing the ride. We laughed as Shayla and I ended up soaked. Afterwards, we went on a few more slides before getting into the lazy river.
As we floated along the river, we bumped into Lizzie and Robbie. I could see Lizzie holding a cocktail in one hand and onto Robbie's tube with the other hand.
"Hey mom. How are you doing?" I asked her. "Oh I'm good. Thank you for asking Nellie, it's been very relaxing." I nodded as an idea popped into my head.
I could see Robbie trying to shake his head no, but before I could give much attention to it, I splashed Lizzie in the face.
"Ah!" We all laughed at her as Shayla and I got out of the lazy river and hit the last rides and the wave pool.
After the wave pool, we ran under the bucket that was dumping water before going back to the Cabana.
We waited a little for Lizzie to get back from returning the tubes that we had before leaving the park and heading to dinner.
We stopped at a local pizza place for dinner and I sat next to Lizzie.
"Have you been having fun so far sweetie?" She asked me. I nodded. "Yes mom, thank you for this."
"Of course Nellie. Let me know if you need anything at all, okay?" "Okay. Thanks mom." "Mhm."
We ate our pizza and talked until it was time to go back to the hotel for the night.
