A Silent Sunshine {Hiatus?}

☀️ Chapter 9 ~ The quiet Sunday ☀️

*Flashback, Shoyo Pov*
There is the man I called my 'father', Natsu was in her crib crying, and me on the floor. Naked. He had just finished with me and went to go change into his pajamas. I stood up, bathed and changed. I then went to Natsu to cradle her to sleep. My mom had passed when Natsu was born, my 'father' was heartbroken and decided to take out his pain onto me. He still had the heart not to hurt a baby, but hurt a six year old (I had to do some research).

Once Natsu was asleep I went to my bed next to hers. Hours had passed and it was 3 am and Natsu woke up crying, I got up and cradled her again. I heard footsteps coming to our shared room, it was him. He opened the door and saw Natsu, he went up to me and slapped me hard. He left a bruise and walked out. Natsu finally went back to sleep, letting me go to the bathroom and put some medication on my cheek.

*End of Flashback, out of Pov*

"It's time for us all to sleep, you should go now."
said Ikkei

Hinata responded by slowly nodding, feeling tired. They both went upstairs going into their respective rooms.

As Shoyo went to change he wore a plain white shirt and black shorts, he got under his sheets and tried falling asleep but couldn't. He kept on thinking of the recent events and the flashback he had, the event had somehow triggered the memory to come up, which worried Shoyo. He definitely didn't feel comfortable having flashbacks of his past guardian, he worried for awhile until he drifted off.

Morning came and Shoyo was still in bed while the others were already downstairs, about to start making breakfast.

"Natsu?"

"Yes, Papa?"

"Could you go get your brother while me and your grandpa make breakfast?"

"Okay!"

Natsu runs up the stairs making very tiny, fast thuds on the floor, Ukais chuckling at their energetic child.

Natsu made it to Shoyo's room and knocked, she waited a minute then went in to see a half-awake chibi tangerine.
