☀️Chapter 24 - The reveal of Asahina~☀️

Recap:

"Thanks for explaining Azu-kun! We have to go to c-class now, bye~ love you!" He got off Asahi and jogged back to his class, leaving a smile on Asahi's face.

"I wish I could keep you happy forever, but if there's more than one for you...then so be it" Asahi walked off and a certain group of first years had heard everything, blushing at the fact that Shoyo could speak so sweet. As well as, having another potential lover, hoping it would be them. Who knows...

Shoyo walked back into the school halls to be see a fight going on, he quickly rushed to the crowd of people watching. It was Tanaka and Noya! Shoyo began to panick, what exactly was going on?

Shoyo tried to squeeze through but failed, he thought hard. There wasn't any teachers around unfortunately, he kept looking around to see Daichi and ran up to him.

"Oh, hey Hinata." Shoyo quickly grabbed his arm and pointed at the crowd, confusing Daichi.

"What?" Shoyo got irritated and pushed him to the crowd, successfully getting him to see what was happening. He quickly dealt with the situation by knocking the two out and dragging them back to their class.

"Thanks Hinata!" He yelled behind while roughly dragging the unconscious bodies, Shoyo smiled and waved as everyone else in the crowd looked at Daichi with fear. Suddenly Shoyo felt a hand on his shoulder, he looked behind him to see a student he's never seen before.

"Um, hi there." Shoyo only stared, making the other student let go of him.

"Sorry if that made you uncomfortable! I'm not all too good with social interactions, haha..." the stranger and Shoyo had an awkward silence, everyone else left to go to their classes which left the two there. The stranger sighed before talking again.

"I'm Ei, I believed I've seen you somewhere before this last week." Shoyo recognized them now, they were one of the two who passed by them when he went to hangout with the volleyball club.

"You're t-the one who called me c-cute, right?" Shoyo said, Ei nodded.

"Yup, that's me! I'm not a stalker or anything, I've just kept my distance from people and don't...eh I'm rambling, sorry." Shoyo could tell Ei was a bit like him, not completely but they shared some traits.

"Okay, I'll restart. I'm Ei and the reason I came up to you was to ask if we could be friends." Ei quickly said, Shoyo felt sympathy with Ei and accepted the request.

"Great! Oh, which year are you?" He held one finger, Ei said they were also in the first year.

"T-thats cool..." They checked the time and they rushed to class, waving good bye. Once Shoyo entered the room the volleyball first years chatted with him, continuing the day in peace.

Time skip to after-school practice

"Go change, you guys know the rules."

"Hai!" They walked to the clubroom, they all talked with one another but the team noticed that Shoyo and Asahi were being lovey dovey with eachother. It pissed them off.

"Hey! You guys look like you're doing dating! How cute!" Tanaka confronted.

"Yeah, like you're boyfriends or something. Ha!" It was silent, the secret was out.

"YOU GUYS ARE ACTUALLY DATING?!" Everyone but the first years cried out, shocking the new couple.

"U-uh...yes?" Asahi said, the team's aura became neutral with a hint of jealousy. It seemed as if they didn't mind it but still had something to express.

"..." They quickly changed into their clothes and went to practice, the team weren't going to do good this practice and will piss their coach to an extremdous amount.
