Chapter 33 - Shoyo's confession

It was a fun game, finally the final meal of the night and the coaches and managers were confused by the way they looked.

"The hell happened?" The group stayed silent, eating their food and admiring Shoyo who was slowly eating his food next to Asahi. Two games took hours to play but were fun nonetheless.

Day 1 of Training Camp

It was 4 am in the morning, Shoyo had woken up and quietly walked out of the room, slowly closing the door. Sighing, he went outside and sat on the grass. Minutes pass by, the wind still flowing around him until he hears steps behind him and turns around.

"Kenma?" he smiles and sits next to him, "good morning Sho, why are you up so early?" Shoyo laughs, "why are you always up so late?" he shoots back, earning a chuckle from Kenma. He wraps his around Shoyo's waist and pulls him closer, feeling his warmth.

5 am arrives and they're called back in by Kiyoko, who was glaring at Kenma, and walk over to the cafeteria. Shoyo is grabbed by Noya, being forced to sit in between him and Tanaka, who were grinning up to their eyes. "Hey, Hinata! So glad you could join us!" Shoyo, being the kind person he is, nods and begins to eat his food while the two admired each bite, being total weirdos.

Kenma sits himself infront of them with Asahi, "good morning Shoyo," he greets. Shoyo stops eating and waves to his love. Kenma rolls his eyes and looks back to everyone now eating, he sighs while pulling out his phone when it's taken away by Kuroo who passes behind them and sets himself on Asahi's side, who is now in between Kenma and Kuroo.

"Hey, Tetsuro!" Kenma grumbles, making grabby hands towards Kuroo who hid his phone in his pocket. Shoyo looks up from his food and laughs silently at their antics, not noticing Noya and Tanaka. "Our kouhai is so adorable!" Noya thought, "Hinata! You keep stealing mah heart!"

"Just stay off your phone for, like, an hour, Kenma!" Kenma gives up and eats his food in defeat, practice starts in 3 hours and they ate fast so they could relax and stretch before the intense games. "Sho, could you meet me outside where we were earlier?" Kenma whispered into Shoyo's ear, who was done eating and heading to the bathroom, "of course, but how come?" Kenma turns away with a red face and stays silent, "I'll tell you when we meet there," he stuttered. Shoyo shrugged and walked off to the bathroom to wash up, finishing he bumps into Kuroo. "Hm? Oh, hey chibi-chan!" arms opened wide he hugs the smaller with a squeeze, "hello Kuroo-kun," "just call me Kuroo, chibi-chan!" he cuts him off.

"I've got to go Kuroo, Kenma is waiting for me," he immediately lets go of Shoyo with wide eyes, "what?" he growled. Shoyo shivered and repeats himself, "Kenma wants to see me," Kuroo squinted and walks off, waving goodbye. "Weird," Shoyo whispers before going to the exit.

He opens the door, not seeing Kenma. He calls out and hears his voice, walking towards a big leafed tree seeing Kenma in the shade of it. Kenma pats the spot beside him, continuing the game on his phone, and sits in the noise of game sound effects. Having finished the level turns to Shoyo, holding his hand and caresses it for a minute before speaking. "I know you're already with Asahi, but I want to tell you how I feel before I lose confidence," Shoyo was worried where this was going, "Shoyo, these feelings I have for you are hard to express but I can't hold on to them any longer." Shoyo stiffens, afraid of what might come next, "I like you in the same way you and Asahi like eachother, but I'm not going to get inbetween you two if you aren't comfortable."

Suddenly, they hear footsteps and see the one and only Asahi. "Uh, I was coming to check on you but it seems like I shouldn't be here," Shoyo purses his lips and brings Kenma up with him. He inhales and exhales silently, "remember how I told you, Azu-kun, that thing?" Asahi chuckled at his use of the word while Kenma was confused, still holding Shoyo's hand. "I do, but you decide whether or not if it could work, Shoyo," he gulps and turns to Kenma, "I'm polysexual." Asahi didn't expect him to say it so bluntly but Kenma was still confused.

"It's where someone has attraction towards multiple people," Asahi answers for Shoyo. He's nervous, it's obvious, he worries that Kenma won't accept him. "Shoyo."

I'VE LITERALLY NEVER SIMPED AND LOVED A FICTIONAL CHARACTER LIKE THIS BEFORE AND LIKE- LIKE- THIS WOMAN COMES ALONG AND DANCES AND I NEED MORE BUFF WOMAN DANCING. GIVE. ME. MORE!

So, yesterday I watched Hotel Transylvania 4 (not as bad as I expected), Encanto and Sing 2 (seriously, not as bad). Surface Pressure was a song I heard when watching an animatic and absolutely fell inlove with it, seriously it's what led me to watch Encanto! Anyways, hope you have an amazing day or night and remember to love yourself!
