"Uhm, thank you," Sofia awkwardly said when she and her husband finally arrived at the university. It was already ten in the morning when Madrid Anselmo was done parking the car.
Madrid stopped the engine. He looked at her, his eyes softened. "For what?"
She bit her lip, "Well, by letting me going back to school again, arranging my schedules so that I can still go back to studying."
Her husband chuckled, shaking his head. He leaned in closer to her to unbuckle her seatbelt, she almost gasped when he did it. Somehow, she was getting used with his scent, it was masculine yet soft. "Just because you married me and became the Queen, you won't be allowed to go to school anymore."
"It's just that we have responsibilities for the public."
"But your husband is the King," he told her playfully and she rolled her eyes. "They won't budge if I say my wife should go to school anywhere and anytime she wants to."
"You're so smug sometimes."
"No, you, my wife, deserve some break too. Let's go?"
