Today wasn't so bad.

"Did everyone turn in their book reports?" The teacher asked as she walked around the classroom. Watching the students as they took their pop quiz. Andi kept tapping her pencil on her desk and she stared down at the paper. "Hey doofus can you stop?" Someone who sat beside her said. It was still very early in the morning for the kiddo and she was not feeling it.

"Yea. Sorry." She mumbled under her breath. Not wanting to start anything. "Alright class times up." The teacher announced. Andi looked up and dropped her mouth open. She didn't even start the test yet, all she had did was write her name on the paper. "Pass your papers to the front of the rows." Andi just groaned and then passed her paper forward.

Once class was over, it was time for journalism. Today they were working on yearbook stuff so she knew she didn't have to work that hard for this class. Something had been off with the teenager lately and no one knew why. She had been shutting out a lot of people and wouldn't talk to anyone. Not even the one person who could get her to talk.
"Hey Andi!" Sophie yelled as she ran down the hall. "Hey. I texted you this morning and I never got a text back."
"I know. I saw it."
"Why didn't you text back?"
"I don't know." She mumbled. Looking down at her shoe.
"Baby..."
"I want to get to class." She said and then walked around Soph. Leaving her there in the hallway.
"I'm here if you want to talk. Always. You know that." Sophie whispered and then walked off.

"Alright everyone, today we're working on yearbook interviews. Everyone needs to have at least..." Andi started to zone out from the classroom. Staring out the window. Watching the way the flowers in the field swayed back and forth.

Loser

She jumped when she heard the words. But they were more so coming from inside her mind. Andi looked around and saw everyone working. She pulled out her note book in hopes of catching on to what they were doing. "Ms. Spampinato, can I talk to you outside?" Andi gulped and then got up from her desk. Slowly moving towards the door.
"Is everything ok?" The teacher asked.
"I...um...yes everything is fine." She stuttered.

Lies. That was a big fat lie.

She flinched again from the voice inside. "If you need-"
"No im fine ok?! I'm perfectly fine!" She yelled and stormed back into the classroom. Sitting down furiously. The rest of the students were a little shook and confused about what happened. "Everyone get back to work." Andi stared out the window again. Feeling her eyes sweating but didn't wanna acknowledge it. She didn't care anyways.

After a longs day of school, the teenager finally made it home. "Sissy!" The toddler yelled as he ran from the living room. Reaching his arms up for her. "Not now Mason." She sternly said. Taking her shoes off and walking to the kitchen, grabbing a drink and running upstairs. "Sissy!" He begged again.
"I said not now Mason!" She yelled and then slammed the door behind her. He flinched and stood at the bottom of the stairs. "Let's continue to play Mason." His nanny said.
"But sissy!" He screamed out. Now in a full out sob.
"It's ok. She'll be back. Let's continue to play with the toys. He nodded and went back on the ground.

She threw herself onto the bed staring directly at the ceiling.
Good job.
"Get out of my head!" She yelled at herself. Covering herself with the pillow.
Never. That's why I'm here.
"Stop!" She cried out again.

She quickly shot up in bed. Palms sweaty. Heavy breathing. Confusion. She was shaking. She looked around. Still pitch black dark. Taking her phone off charger she looked at the time. 4:34am. "Just a nightmare." She mumbled. "Hey Andi? Are you ok?" Danielle said walking into the room. Turning on the lamp.
"I...I um....nightmare." She said rubbing her eyes.
"Do you need some water or anything?"
"No. I'm good. Thanks though."
"Alright. Try to get some more sleep. Ok." She said and then kissed the top of the child's forehead. Danielle went to turn the lamp off but Andi stopped her. "Keep it on please."
"Yea sure."

The night quickly faded away and it was soon time for her to get up for school. She didn't fall back asleep last night after her nightmare. Once she physically got out of bed she put on a pair of sweats and a hoodie and walked out her room down to the kitchen.

"Hey you good?" Danielle said as she was making breakfast. Andi shook her head. "I'm sorry kiddo."
"It's alright."
"You seemed stressed. Everything alright?"
"Yea. No. I don't know."
"Nervous about going back or something?"
"Nervous about going back to school? No."
"Oh. Alright then. Make sure you take you excuse to the office."
"I will."

"Ms. Spampinato, nice of you to join us today."
Andi passed a fake smile to the teacher. And sat at her desk. "I'm assuming you have your homework done?"
"Oh, yes I do. It's turned in."
"Perfect. Thank you."
"Mhm."

Class slowly went by. They were just talking about very unnecessary stuff. And honestly no one payed attention to. As soon as the bell rung, the day was over. Andi sighed of relief and made her way back to her locker.
"Princesa!" Sophie called out, running towards her. "I missed you. Lunch was lonely."
"I figured." She chuckled.
"Hey I was wondering. What if we had a date tonight."
"What if?"
"I mean. Would you like to have a date with me tonight?"
"I would love too."
"Yay. Ok wear you most comfortable clothes."
"I...ok."
"And be sure to bring your necessities."
"What type of necessities?"
"Charger, pillow, all that good stuff."
"Ok. What time shall I-"
"I will be picking you up straight after practice. So be ready."
"Yes ma'am."
Just then the warning bell rung. Alerting them that it was 10 minutes after school ends.
"Your bus!"
"Running late today. You go to practice!"
"I will. I love you!" She said and connected their lips together.
"I love you too."

Andi went home and jumped straight into the shower. Putting on a pair of leggings and a oversized hoodie. Packing her other things she may need in her backpack and making her way downstairs. "Date?" Stefania asked as she was rubbing her hands through the little boys hair.
"Yep."
"What time?"
"It's an overnight date."
"Ah,I see. Who's house?"
"Sophie's I'm hoping."
"What time?"
"12, 1 o'clock."
"And you know what happens if your not back by the time you have given me."
"I know, I know."
"Good. And don't think you can get Danielle to cover for you this time. She's out at the lake this weekend."
"Damn it." She mumbled.
"What was that?"
"I...nothing. I'll be back by 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Not a single minute after. And if I am I will call this time."
"We'll see."
"Mom!"
"Just stating facts."

Just then her ride had blew outside. "Bye bambina."
"Ciao! Have fun with Mason!" She yelled as she ran out the door. She soon got into the back seat of the car. Accompanied by her girlfriend.
"Hi Mrs. Torres." She said happily. She was like her second mom. Well third.
"Hi sweetheart."
"Ready?"
"Yep!"

A/N: Very trashy, but I kinda like the outcome of it. I'm not sure how I'm feeling it. Anyways, Who's excited for this date? I am. It's been to moody lately, we need to make it happier. Hope you enjoyed and enjoy the rest of your day/night- Shay <3
