Wednesday November 17th

Andi shut her locker after grabbing her books and stuff she needed for class. After the events that happened on Monday night, all she wanted to do was just skip school or not be here at all. But because of her big project coming up she needed to be here. After successfully completing her idea of not talking to Sophie yesterday, she hoped that she could have another success today.

Walking to her 2nd hour class, she kept herself distant. Not really interacting with anyone. "Hi Andi." She heard. Stopping in her tracks looking up, it was the one person she didn't really want to talk to today. "Sophie." She replied back.
"Look I know your mad-"
"I have a class to get to." Andi snarked snd then took off back into her path. Leaving the older teenager hopelessly standing there.

"Everything alright?" Drew asked as she saw her project partner sitting in their work station.
"Yea." She chuckled and grabbed some more materials before sitting down. The bell rung, indicating that the class hour was now starting and the two finally got started on the remainder of their project.

"So Andi." Drew said nervously. "I was wondering, if you wanted to hang out today?" She asked. Andi looked up from the paper with a shocked expression.
"I mean of course you don't have too. It's fine. I was just wondering because you know everything that's been going on and I thought maybe you'll want a break from it and I'm talking fast, aren't I?"

Andi nodded, smiled, and laughed. Drew just felt a tiny bit embarrassed and so she started giggling as well. "I would love to hang out with you Drew."
"Yay!" She exclaimed. "We probably won't be at my house by the way."
"We can hang out at mine if you want."
"I would love that." Drew nodded and the both of them continued to work on the project for class.

At lunch, the both of them ended up bringing their lunch today so they decided to eat under the pavilion today. It wasn't too cool and it wasn't too hot either.  "Have you ever ate out here?" Drew asked as she opened the container of food.
"I have a couple times." Andi replied.

Just then Sophie had ended up walking by. She sent a slight smile and wave to the two of them and walked into the cafeteria.
"Are you ever gonna talk to her again?"
"I will."
"What about getting back together?"
"Probably not. But I would still love being her friend though."
"That's something I guess."
"Yea." She shrugged. The two of them continued to eat and they laughed and talked about any and everything. Soon lunch was over and it was time for them to go their separate ways.

"Alright guys you remember your partners for this project." Andi's history teacher said out loud. Everyone paired up with their partners and without realizing it, the ex-couple was still partners. They pulled their chairs together and it was still a lot of tension between them. But being the mature people they are, they put their differences aside and focused on the project.
"Did you get your notes done?" Andi asked the older girl. She nodded and pulled them out her binder. The whole time the two barely said a word to each other unless it was to ask question.

"I'm sorry." Sophie said out of the blue. Andi nodded and looked up from her computer, knowing exactly what she was about to apologize for. "I really am. I don't know what had gotten into me for me to even think about cheating-"
"Because I started hanging out with Drew." Andi interrupted.
"What?"
"Ever since Drew transferred to our school, you've been kind of off. And then when we started hanging out with each other more, you started to get distant. You tried to hide but it was clear Soph. You were jealous and we all know what happens when you get that way. You try to take your mind off of it by doing the opposite. So instead of coming to me and talking about it, you took it upon yourself to do what you did. Probably hopping I wasn't gonna find out. Well it backfired and this is where it got you."  Andi said that and then shrugged before going back to the computer.
Leaving the girl there in disbelief. The bell rung and they put away their stuff before leaving the classroom.
