"Like what if she doesn't see the same though?"

"Y'all have been dating since she moved here, what do you mean?"

"But we might not be ready for a relationship. She did say to focus on ourselves first."

"Dude that was back in September!"

"I don't care what month it was in, ask her before I ask her for you!"

"You are literally no help at all."

"Thank you I appreciate that."

"Ughh!! What time are you going over?"

"10 I think. I don't know."

"Probably around that time then."

Andi forcefully shut her laptop and groaned. Today was New Years Eve. Today was also the day that Andi wanted to finally ask Drew to be her girlfriend. But it completely ate up at her. One minute she'll have the most confidence that she could have, the next minute random hatred comments would be circulating in her mind.

Doing as one does, reaching out for help, she decided to call upon her cousin. Only to be reminded that she is no help at all when it comes to these situations. Andi wanted to ask her moms about it but then realized it'll turn into a life lesson, which would just stress her out even more. Could ask Mason she thought to herself. Though she wasn't wrong, Mason does give good advice. But once again decided against it.

The New Years party hosted by her parents started precisely at 10 tonight, meaning she had no less than 2 hours to figure out something. The house was gonna be full of people so she already knew she wanted to do it in private, that way the moment is more magical. It'll just be those two with their thoughts, no distractions.

Andi groaned and physically face Palmer herself. "All I have to do is ask." She mumbled. Once she got over her very stressful emotions, Andi looked at the time and saw that it was already 8 o'clock. She still needed to pick out an outfit as well as take a shower. Now being able to wash her hair, Andi needed to wash her hair so she already knew that would take a little extra time. Escaping her from her deep thoughts was a text from the one person she had on her mind.
