"Getting Married is exciting not until it was an unexpected one."- Author

The moon shines so brightly. What a lovely night with the breeze of the sea. The smell of nature is so enticing.

Brielle just kicked the sand off like a little child upset over a little thing. How cute.

"Who knows, he'd be a jerk!" She murmured. She sighed and groaned. "Stupid idea! Stupid."

A second later, her phone rang with an unknown number. Her brows furrowed.

Is it the wrong call? Or something is up?

She shooked her head and answered. "Hello?"

But there was no response.

"If you wouldn't answer, I'll end the call," Brielle said in disgust.

But still no response.

Pranksters, she thought.

When she was about to end the call. A familiar voice called out her name.

/"Brielle?"/ A man's voice.

Her brows furrowed again. Who is this person who knows her name?

"Excuse me? Who is this?" She asked.

/"Hahaha, it's Brielle!"/ /"Really? Let me call. Brielle? Brielle?"/

"Uh, yes? Who is this?"

/"Darling!"/

"Mom? Dad? Wait, what? H-how? You never know how to use these techs. I am speechless."

Her parents laughed. "Ah, yes! We just discovered it cause it's been a long time and we missed our dear darling."

"Mom! I missed you too also dad. How...are you alright there? Have you eaten well? Is there a problem?" Brielle asked

"As always the caring ones when it comes to family. Yes, of course."

I can only trust you and you trusted me too. Brielle thought.

"Mom, Nanny Malou told me." Brielle changed into her cold tone. "What was that all about?"

/"Let me talk to my darling."/ /"She's talking,"/ /"Let me first."/

"Mom? Dad? We all can talk." Brielle grunted.

/"Ah, yes! It's me your daddy. Dear, dear, it's for your own and we wanted to have grandchildren."/

G-grandchildren?!, she thought.

"Dad, that's...absurd."

/"But we already planned your future so well. You can't be with some thugs."/

"I know but arrange marriage? It's against myself."

/"It's our tradition, darling."/

"But dad, you can't just do that. It's like you took control of my life. I want a man that I love."

/"Ahaha, our baby is talking about love but you never had one."/ /"You, bullying our darling."/

Savage dad. That kinda hurt.

"I'm not marrying one."

/"No, listen to us first. It's for your own, darling."/

"Dad, please. I'm not..." Brielle didn't continue and ended the call. She was so upset. Too upset about everything.

"Miss Lu," A servant called

"What?!"

The servant handed her a letter and left. She opened the letter and read it through her mind.
