Last Chapter

(Xavier's POV)

"The reason of your parent's death is because of that Lady," Uncle Reon said the moment I woke from my deep slumber.

"Who is she?" I asked him even I'm confused. Who is he pertaining to? And what the heck is he saying that my parents are already dead?

"Trever and Selena are already gone, Xavier..." malungkot nitong saad habang nakatingin ng diretso sa aking mga mata. But even his voice is sad, I can't see any emotion on his eyes. The sencerity can't be heard on his voice also.

"That, that lady," one day, uncle Reon pointed the girl who have a brown chocolate eyes, a small pointed nose and a reddish thin lips. Her eyes lashes are thick and long, and the shape of her face suited in her features.

Napahawak ako sa aking dibdib ng maramdaman ang tibok ng puso kong kalmado naman kanina. My brows furrowed, who is she? Why do I feel like I knew her?

"She's your father's mistress, Xavier... She just turned 15 yet, look at her body! She looks already a lady and she had a seductive and enticing beauty so, it's not impossible that Trever won't be betempted on her!" Tumiim ang bagang ko sa sinabi ni uncle Reon. Mistress huh? At the young age she became my dad's mistress? What a slut...

"She's one of the servant's daughter, and you should avoid her starting from now on, Xavier... She brings no good in this family!" sulsol ng tiyo ko at dahil wala akong naalala at kaalam-alam sa mga pangyayari ay sinunod ko ang kaniyang payo kahit na nagtataka. Bakit ko lalayuan ang babaeng iyon kung kaya ko naman ang sarili kong ipagtanggol? I should ask that lady if she really became my father's mistress first right? One day, my uncle called me to go to the meeting room. The councils are all presents even they are from different races.

Councils are all from the different wealthy races, sila ang nagbabalanse ng mga batas, nagpapatupad ng mga batas at nang iba pang mga bagay na may kinalaman sa kaayusan ng lahat ng mga imortal na naninirahan sa Valen. They are built for peace, at ang mga maharlika na galing sa iba't-ibang lahi din ang pumili sa kanila kung bakit sila nasa pwestong ito ngayon.

"His name is Jack, he's here to cure you, someone use their power on you to forgot some of your past so," kumibit-balikat ang aking tiyo pagkatapos sabihin iyon. Pagkatapos ng pagpupulong na para sa kung sino muna ang pansamantalang uupo sa tronong naiwan ng aking ama ay nagpaiwan kaming dalawa rito at may pumasok na isang imortal na sa amoy at datingan palang ay malalaman mo ng isang demonyo.

 
We chose uncle Reon as my father's replacement till I'm still not ready to be a king. I still have many things to do in order to be a king that's why, I don't have any complaint when the council chose my uncle. Kulang na kulang pa ang aking kaalaman para maging hari ng Arkansis, at ang isa pang napaka-importanting bagay para maging hari ay ang mahanap ko ang aking magiging kabiyak.

I'm still so young, and maybe, I still need to wait so many years to find my queen, or, that's what I thought.

"Arghh!" sinubunutan ko ang sariling buhok dahil sa nararamdamang sakit sa aking ulo. My head is aching so bad and it's felts like it's cracking into a peices. Galing ako sa libarary room at kinita si uncle Reon at 'yong si Jack na gumagamot sa akin na isang mind manipulator. Pero ang ipinagtataka ko ay kung bakit pagkatapos ng aming session ay parang binibiyak ang ulo ko sa nararamdamang sakit.
