Dul stared at each of them as he saw each of their reaction. He looked at Inhyuk who held his hand, he gave a reassuring squeeze. He held a breath as he gave a small cough clearing his throat.
"Nice to meet you. It's been a while since I've used this name but.." He took a breath as he could feel a familiar bubble in his throat, it was trying to stop him from excepting himself. He didn't want to expect his last nor did he want to except how weak he once was. It was terrifying.
His throat became dry.
"I'm Ujin Ahn... It's funny, my birthday was about a week ago." He chuckled as he rubbed the back of his neck as he looked at the ground. The bubble disappeared as he touched his throat. He couldn't run away now. He gave a small cough as he rubbed his arms. The familiar track marks haunted his mind, the burns, the bearings and other things were constant in his mind.
"That's a nice name." Jiwoo spoke as he had a bright smile one. Dul— Ujin gave a slight smile as he looked down. Everyone got a full view of his face, they were memorized, Jisuk had seen his face before but to see it hitting the sun and light made him happy.
Ujin stayed quiet as he crossed his leg over his other leg and clasped his hands. It was weird having people stare at your face without his signature bucket hat on.
He coughed as he leaned back a bit.
"Hm... Where do people with horrible past normally start?" He asked out loud making Inhyuk snort. "I would start at your family then work your way up, sweetheart." Ujin made a disgusted look at the nickname.
"Disgusting..." He muttered as he hummed. He closed his eyes as he began to tell them everything. He sniffed the air as a familiar scent of the sea filled his memory. A gust of smoke filled their vision as they saw a small type of tv form in the middle of them.
"I was born on a small island, I'll be honest... I've forgotten the true name of it but I'll forever know it as the his island." A chuckle was heard as a family show up. Two older boys, darker hair and steel grey eyes, once having a huge smile while the other was a bit more stoic though still having a slight smile.
"I had a pretty big family, two older brothers and three younger siblings." A pair of twins with dark purple hair and grey eyes yawned as they leaned against the tree that their mother was leaning against while having a baby girl in her hands, she had purple hair and purple eyes.
And lastly, a boy pretty young strayed off the the ocean. He felt tired again as he leaned his body weight back, yet he was still near a cliff.
"Mama! Ujin is near the cliffs again!" The oldest cried out making the mother sigh. "Leave him be! He probably just wants to see the sea." She shouted back while the twins frowned at the loss of attention.
"Mom! He's falling asleep!" The second oldest shouted worried as they saw the boy struggling to stay awake. "If he dies let him!" She spat out having enough of their nonsense.
She was at her wits end, she had gotten another call from Ujin's school saying that he had been dozing off. To the parents, he was the most useless one out of the six of them.
Unfortunately, the kids knew this, some took advantage of it while some decided to care for the boy yet they always seemed to do it wrong. The two frowned as they looked at eachother.
"Ujin!/Ujinnie!" The two shouted as they saw the boy topple over the edge of the cliff. "Did I fall?" The boy thought to himself as he looked down at the floor, his heart shook in fear as he could taste death. He tried his best to stay away but couldn't as his grip slowly went weak.
