The two had arrived in their apartments. Jieun was tired and just slept the whole way, but now she was laying in her shared bed. Minki sighed as he dragged his fingers through his hair unsure of what to do. He was starting to regret his decision on going back home but also felt like he should go. A neverending battle between the two.
He stood up from the bed and tucked Jieun in before giving her a kiss goodnight on her forehead. Minki walked outside and leaned in the rails on the apartments, he looked at the night sky with no thoughts only silence. "Oh, Minki?" His neighbor called out in a whisper. "Oh miss." He gave her a bow as she smiled. "You look stressed, dear." He gave a slight laugh as he nodded. "Oh definitely."
"I've decided to go to my hometown and introduce my daughter to my family." She gave a gasp as she smacked his shoulder. "I'm sure they'll love her! Everyone here adores her." He smiled and nodded. He had picked the apartment after searching through a mere 143 apartment complex. This was the safest choice.
She chuckled and gently ruffled his purple hair. "How about you go on for the night. I'll watch Jieun." Minki eyes widened. "Oh no, I couldn't do that. She might wake up." The woman shook her head and slowly pushed him towards the elevator and pushed the floor level. "Have fun, young people need to release. After all, you haven't been out in some time. Have fun." She dragged out, his face turned red knowing what she meant.
He took a deep breath as he stared up at the sky. He closed his eyes. "It... Wouldn't hurt." He thought as he began walking around trying to find a club.
The lights, music, and the smell of alcohol. Minki's eyes winced at the brightness, he was wondering how he managed to survive this when he used to go out all the time. His eyes trailed to the booth, he sat down and soon ordered some drink, of course, they didn't check his ID.
He drank until he felt himself slowly relaxing into the sweet numbness that was being drunk. He gave a few drunk giggles as he danced to the music. A few people were a bit close as they danced him, this was how it was and he fell into the habits from before. Allowing strangers to touch his body as he danced and drank, his habits rushed through his brain on instincts as he was shoved into a wall female giggles as they soon began to make out.
After a few minutes, he became bored and pushed her away. He wasn't fully drunk yet to sleep with someone, the guilt was going to hit him though but he didn't care. He just needed someone to be with and if that meant having to be drunk and willing to give up his body to hold, he was going to do it.
He stumbled to his booth and sat down catching his breath as he took another sip of his drink. His eyes were dazed as he raised a brow. A familiar face enter his vision as he frowned.
"..." Minki glared at the other as he sighed. "If you're here to judge me, fuck off Red." He barked as he raised a brow. "I followed you, I didn't expect you to come to a place like this." Red Klein spoke a bit of judgment as Minki grinned. "Eh... Jealous, Red?" Minki teased as he took a sip of the drink and leaned his head back once again.
