The scent of the ocean. It was something hated and loved by Minki who stared a bit conflicted at the entrance of the island town they grew up with. The church was still there, a few specks of burnt wood were shown from previous incidents. The scent of memories is both terrible and good. "Minki." His attention snapped over to Inhyuk who lightly ruffled his hair while holding Jieun who was still asleep.
"Yeah... I should show you around." Inhyuk looked worried as he watched the male take his first steps into the small town. He could see the chains from before trying to wrap their selves around the male, trying to weigh him down to break and mold him back into their prophet. Jaesung had left the three alone thinking it was best for Inhyuk to stay by his brother's side as he no longer knew his brother's temperament or how to identify his emotions.
Slowly, Minki pointed out certain things, the school, the main office, government building, then he stood in front of the old church that came into ruins. His eyes shifted over to where the back room used to be. "Ujin?" A deep voice called out to the boy who snapped his attention to the said person.
Inhyuk immediately stood in front of Minki (Ujin).
"Hyung?" He muttered out staring at the man in front of him. Minjun stared in shock while shaking his head. "No, you shouldn't have come... Why the hell are you here?" He cursed rushing over to him pulling the boy into a hug. 'Warm.' was his only thoughts as he dug his face into his oldest brother. "You've gotten so old!" He laughed as he gently pressed a firm kiss on his temple.
"You won the championship didn't you?" He quietly spoke, Minjun eyes widened hearing the voice. "Y- you can talk again... Oh god, look at those eye bags." The make began to fuss over the male until a hand gripped his shoulder. "Minki, let's go. I don't want him triggering you." Inhyuk reached over pulling him away from the older male who glared. "Hey! That's my brother," Inhyuk gave a sharp glare. "One that you didn't protect."
"Inhyuk, wait." Inhyuk huffed. "No, I'm here to stop you from getting attached. I won't allow you to fall into their sugar-coated words." He grumbled, they checked into a local inn before getting dressed.
The siblings stared at each other before sighing. "I'm guessing you guys didn't have a good meeting?" Minjun whined while leaning his head down at the family table. Aeri shook her head. "I messed it up. I went to how I was before and only hurt him more." Minjun let out an annoyed huff. "You and your prissy mouth." He cursed as Yeong-gi gave a sharp glare at his brother.
"I had a good meeting with Minki." He spoke up while sipping his drink. "Same, but only because Jaesung was there," Yeong-gi spoke up with a slight smile. "He's his own person now, heh. He even has someone who's in love with him." Yeong-gi mumbled fondly seeing how Inhyuk treated Minki. "Hell, he has a new family. I'm a bit jealous." He sipped on his plain milk.
"Is it that slick back suit guy?" Minjun asked curiously. "Yeah, did you meet him too?" He huffed crossing his arms. "He wouldn't let me near Ujin... He had a child in his arms." He sighed. "How could someone with a child love Ujin? Isn't it hard enough to go through a divorce and raise a child? Ugh, Ujin should just ditch that guy."
