Minki stood at the port as he was waiting for the ferry to go and take him back to the mainlands. He didn't feel better or anything he felt relived at most, he hated being around so many people that were groups... it reminded him of a cult. He shivered at the thought.
He flicked a small bug away as he carefully hugged a sleeping Jieun, the had to wake up early to pack and steak some of the freebies before hey headed back. He stared at the messages on his phone, many texts and missed calls from the kids and the instructors. A soft hum was heard as he ignored them putting them on silent as he gazed at the sea.
Seeing it was bittersweet. The taste was something he could never forget. He stuck out his tongue and rubbed it while staring at his reflection. "Minki." A mumble was heard as the bucket hat wearing male turned around to see a salmon headed male. "Shinhwa and the unaffiliates were looking for you." A tired yet annoyed tone came out as he smiled.
"Jealous?" He spoke as he saw Chul's hand twitch into a fist. Minki stepped back a bit as he put Jieun in her stroller. "Okay, I'm just teasing." He mumbled as he leaned against the rails, he lifted his hat a bit to show he was being serious. "I over heard Inhyuk." He started as he walked over and punched his stomach. "You... Whore." Minki fell to the floor as he held his stomach.
Normally, a punch wouldn't hurt him... And his ex knew this so he made a special move just for the male. Chul had put enough gravitational force into his fist to punch the other. "You said as long as you love me you wouldn't go back to her." A sharp hiss was heard. "So you are jealous..." A smile appeared on his face.
Another punch.
"Once a player always one, huh." A grin appeared on Minki's face as he leaned into Chul's body, the smaller male flinched and yet to raise his fist. "I'm sorry, Chul. I really love you." He mumbled as Chul lowered his fist and gently stroked his purple hair. "I love you too. If they take you back as 'that' again. I'll bring you back." He grumbled as he tugged at his hair staring the taller male in the face. "Got it."
Minki flushed as he nodded and nuzzled his face into Chul's neck. "Okay. We can't get back together can we?" Chul shook his head. "We love eachother." Minki hummed as he interlocked their fingers. "But we know it wouldn't survive." He replied as Chul gave a soft smile but had turned away.
"Platonic soulmates." Minki chuckled as he hugged the other a bit tighter. "Platonic soulmates." Minki stayed quiet as he slipped his hand under Chul's shirt. The smaller male gave an annoyed shouted as he shoved the male away. "Why do you always ruin moments like that!?" Chul shouted annoyed.
"I feel bad your you next boyfriend or girlfriend whose going to have to deal you your greedy ass!" Chul shouted with a red face as he stormed off. A soft smile appeared in his face as he went back to his group, in the background his beloved ex was holding his stomach laughing.
They love eachother yes, but it was a love meant as friends and they misunderstood that yet they still manged to find romance in it. They're now mature and know what their love for each other is. Though, they would be lying if they didn't say they wouldn't use eachother for pleasure, it was always with consent.
Minki saw the ferry come, with quick steps he boarded the ship and took everything on the ship. He watched as the academy slowly disappeared. He slumped into the chair as he had only hand holding onto the stroller that was carrying Jieun in.
He have a glance and saw a familiar face. There was silence... Just silence. The darker skinned male leaned into his hand as he gave a sigh. "Why are you here?" The father asked only to be ignored. It irritated the father and sighed. "You shouldn't go back." The male spoke as he turned back.
