Chapter 14

A lot of time has passed since Tom wanted to show us the chamber of secrets. He still hasn't thankfully.

Cissy started Hogwarts this year and was placed in Slytherin with us, and Andromeda. Bella and I are now in our fifth year and we are closer than ever. We do everything we can to avoid Andromeda and she does the same.

"Y/N, can you meet me in the Astronomy tower after dinner?" Bella asked. I agreed and said I would head there after my detention. My heart raced every time she used my name.

I made my way to Professor Binns' classroom and knocked on the door. "Enter" I heard him say. I twisted the door handle and he looked up from his desk. "Ah Y/N, glad you could make it. Please take a seat" I did as he said and sat at the vacant desk before him.

"Now, please tell me. What makes you think it's alright to bully third years?" I had to bite my cheeks to stop myself from laughing. "I don't know sir" was all I could say. I began biting down on my cheeks harder.

"Is something funny Miss Y/L/N?" I shook my head and looked down at the desk and smiled remembering what I had done.

I saw Andromeda approaching me in the corridor. She was alone and clutching a bunch of books. I decided to shove into her.

Her books scattered across the floor. "Watch where you are going Drommy" I joked. She looked at me, her eyes burning. She left her books and walked towards me. "What are you going to do about it?"

She went to swing for me but she was too slow. I grabbed her wrist and span her around, pushing her into the wall. I whispered in her ear "don't ever try and hit me again" she winced in pain.

But I was forced to release her when Binns came round the corner and caught me. "What in God's name do you think you are doing Miss Y/L/N?" I laughed in his face and walked away to him shouting "detention tonight!"

I snapped back to reality and he was shouting. "Are you even listening to me?" he sounded angry. "Yes sir, sorry sir" I said, finally looking back up. "If I catch you again, you will be expelled!" "Yes sir, I understand sir" He nodded his head. "You may leave"

I thanked him and left. I almost forgot I was meant to meet Bella in the astronomy tower so I ran there as quickly as I could.

When I arrived, the sky had reached dusk and she was stood there, staring off into the horizon. 'God she is so beautiful' I thought to myself as I approached her. "Wow, it's beautiful up here" I said joining her. "It most certainly is"

She turned to face me, looking slightly worried. "So, what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked smiling. "Well, there is something that I've been needing to get off my chest. I'm scared of what you're going to say so I need you to promise me something"

I was becoming increasingly worried about what she was going to say. "Anything Bella" I said in a comforting way. "Promise me that you won't leave if I scare you off" I nodded and whispered "I promise"

My heart was pounding as I stared deep into her chocolate brown eyes. "I am in love with you Y/N"

My stomach just did a front flip and my heart skipped a beat. "I always have loved you, I just didn't know how to te-" I cut her off by smashing my lips into hers.

At first she didn't kiss back due to shock but she soon did. I pulled away slowly "shut up you fool. I don't think you know how long I've been wanting to do that" The second I finished my sentence, I pulled her in again.

Our mouths built up a steady rhythm together and my tongue begged for entrance, which she granted. Her arms were around my neck and mine clutched her lower back. I dragged her closer towards me so our bodies were pressed together.

We pulled away when we needed oxygen. And my forehead was pressed up against hers. "Wow" I breathed and we both giggled. "Well, I guess I had nothing to worry about then" she sighed. I smiled at her, admiring her beauty.

"Bella, if we do this we can't tell anyone. Not even Narcissa" she agreed because with this relationship, comes a great risk. We could be killed for being together romantically so we have to keep things to ourselves.

As much as I want to shout from the rooftops about how much I love this girl. I know that I can't and it hurts.
