Katherine woke up the next morning with no energy to get herself out of bed. Nonetheless, Bianca and Callum convinced her that she had a job to do. After some persuasion, she finally made her way out of bed and got dressed.
It seemed weird, to walk to the theatre without Aaron. A part of her hoped that he would show up with a cup of coffee and an explanation for her. But he never did. So she made her way to work with her friends, complaining of Aaron and of how tired she was all the way to rehearsal.
"At least you didn't sleep on the couch" Callum complained, "you owe me a massage after this."
"Shut up" Bianca hissed, hitting Callum lightly on the arm before she looked over to Katherine "look Katherine, why don't you just talk to him."
"He kissed me!" Katherine exclaimed, "he should be the one talking."
"Did you kiss back?" Callum asked, although he already knew the answer.
"Well, yes but-"
"Then you're both responsible for whatever is going on" he interrupted "I know he should have called, but maybe he was waiting for you."
"What would I even say?" Katherine asked.
"Just ask him why he kissed you and if it meant anything to him" Bianca advised.
"What if he says that it was just a mistake?" Katherine asked with a small voice.
"I doubt that will happen" Callum scoffed with a smile.
"But if it does you just have to move on," Bianca answered Katherine.
Katherine slowly nodded her head. It would take most of the courage she had in her, but she decided that she would talk to him. They couldn't just pretend this didn't happen, not when it meant so much to her.
When they got to the theatre, she looked around to find Aaron. Once she did, she realized that he was off in a corner talking to Ricky. She kept staring at him for a while in hopes of getting his attention, but she never did.
So, Katherine snapped out of her daze and walked towards John. She had gotten used to knowing exactly what they would have to do through John. Tapping him on the shoulder, Katherine watched as John turned around to face her.
