There was blood surrounding her, She was squirming in pain, Prashanth forgot he was a doctor he was down on his knee holding her. His mom was holding his hands, "Prashanth you are bleeding, you are hurt lets go to the hospital", she urged.

"Stay away from me",Prashanth shouted as he carried Mercina to his Dads car and drove off

Sk was in shock, Urvashi looked pale "what happened Uru?"he asked

"I don't know, i just don't know, someone tried to kill our son", and she burst into tears. The journalists were having a feild day and they were covering everything.

"Leave us alone", Sk shouted holding the weeping Urvashi in one hand and took a cab to his hospital.

But he didn't find Prashanth or Mercina there.

The Tv was blaring in The HH hospital all the patients were watching it. Shruthi had a busy day. Surgeries were lined up she had a busy day. She had called upon two of her known doctors to help her. She had finished an colecystectomy and let the nurses close it and was entering the next OT, when she saw the commotion in front of The Op.

She saw blood and rushed and was shocked to see Prashanth standing there with Mercina. "Clear the table,place her there", Shruthi she directed

Prashanth hesitated

"You come here, this is what you get", she told him.

"What happened?"

"Gun shot wound", Prashanth said

"Merci, Merci, look at me," she made eye contact "I'm going to examine the wound so bear with me", She tore her sleeve and looked at it

"Hey! you need a sterile environment", Prashanth protested

"Then you should have taken her to your fucking posh hospital, Mr.rich doctor,& not brought her down to this Free hospital"Shruthi was examining the wound and talking to prashanth.

"It was not my choice", he said

"I trust you more than the bastereds there",Mercina was trying hard to control herself from screaming.
"Whats your verdict", she asked

"I hate this guy" Shruthi said

Prashanth was looking at both the ladies they were talking as if they didn't see him

"No you idiot, my wound"

"Ohh that! the bullet has not exited fully maybe because of your tight clothing, there it has shattered some of your clavicle bone so we need to look for bone fragments. before xray we need to remove the bullet" shruthi told Mercina

"Manu is Ot 1 free and sterilized",shruthi shouted

"Checking", came the reply

Shruthi handed a cotton and gauze role to Prashanth "patch her wound"

Rishi rushed inside the hospital he helped to clear the on lookers.

"What happened?" he asked

Prashanth was explaining and immediately Shruthi turned to Prashanth's left hand "you have a flesh wound, the bullet has grazed you", she said and cut his shirt and dressed his wound.

"Thanks darling, you are an angel", Rishi patted shruthi

"Darling? Angel? Shru what did I tell you, you never listen do you, Do you...", Mercina was screaming at her trying to getup

"Shut up!" Shruthi replied "You are in no condition to say anything"

"Doctor Rishi can you manage the Op?" shruthi asked
