THE RICH DOCTOR VS THE WITCH DOCTOR

CHAPTER 6

The Witch doctor website, was now famous among the medical faculties. A blog that started as a hobby, now has grown into a trustworthy site for many. To make her blog reach the masses, she started exposing medical malpractice along with the drug trails and drug side effects. But her blog became famous for the exposure alone. Rarely people read page two. The hospital staffs even started betting on her news which made her worry about the future of her work.

Slowly The Witch Doctor grew into a flourishing website and now an secret organization. Shruthi had Trustworthy doctors, medical and non medical staffs who could investigate the tips they were getting from many hospitals in a separate website, The Vine of The Witch Doctor which was like a Chat site. She always double checked her stories before publishing.

Only a handful of people knew who the actual Witch Doctor was. Many hospitals have tried their level best to stop the Witch Doctor but in vain. Since the main Tabloids never picked upon the stories of The Witch doctor the opponents did not dare to go Big to oppose them. Everything against the Witch doctor was done low key which only helped them grow.

Shruthi was close to finding the report of the first drug that got her to become The Witch Doctor. For the first time she was scared that her work will be stopped. She had never been involved directly in anything or with anyone with the hospital administration in the past 2 years of her service as doctor. That day for the first time she felt she had done a grave mistake that had led to loss of life and may also put her into limelight.

Shruthi was confused not knowing what her next step would be.

Rishi had a lot of paper work to do Mary had appointed two nurses Liza and Shabna to help him. He was dictating the days events and something struck him.
"Tell me something sister. Shabna do this hospital have a no dating a co worker policy?" he asked

Shabna looked confused "Whats dating?" she asked

Liza smiled "You mean love doctor?"she asked

"No dating!" he asked

"There is nothing as dating over here either you love or you marry or you just fool around for fun" sister Liza told him

"I don't understand how In India this works. In USA you need to report to the HR about your relationship and so on" Rishi told them

"Why would you? we all know who is in relationship with who, we see them so there is no need to explain", Shabna was clearly confused with the terms of Rishi

"Like for example when your loved one is injured its difficult to Operate with a clear mind so the involved person will be pulled out of the team", Rishi explained

Liza understood that Rishi was fishing for some information "Ok so who is the one was involved with the Patient today?"

Rishi hesitated a second "if it was in America I would not have allowed Dr.Shruthi to Operate on Vimal..."before he could finish Shabna was on her feet

"May God forgive you for even thinking like this. You never say sir! about a woman bad things. Vimal has a girlfriend and doctor Shruthi is pure, they have no relationship. How could you talk like this?" She asked

"Sister Shabna its ok maybe some misunderstanding ",Liza consoled her Rishi looked confused and baffled. "You were misled by someone Sir",Liza told him

"Fine lets finish this report and sister Shabna i'm sorry I didn't want to offend anyone just wanted the report to be clear so no one is hurt in the future", Rishi told them.

He couldn't hide the smile on his face and the two nurses did not miss that
