29. Chapter Twenty-Nine

Twenty-Nineth Chapter : Jealous?

"Change of plans," Said Levi.

I looked at him, "What did you say?"

Levi sighed and sat down the chair then, he drank his tea, looking at nowhere. "I said there's change of plans, the government sent Eren, Mikasa and the others here. They're probably near us now." My jaw slacked at what he said, disbelief written in my eyes.

"Why?! We can do this by ourselves! Eren doesn't have to come along..." I eclaimed.

Levi chuckled. "He's probably worried that the love of his life might be in danger if he won't come along."

"You mean Historia?" I asked. Levi glared at me. "It's you, idiot."

As a response, I rolled my eyes. "He doesn't love me." I sadly said with a frown.

However,  the frown on my face was replaced with confusion when Levi scoffed at me, "Wanna bet?"

Without a second thought, I nodded.

He smirked. "Let's make him jealous when he arrives."

My eyebrows furrowed, "Jealous?" I asked. Honestly, I wanted to laugh. I mean, that's impossible, right? Why would Eren get jealous at Levi when all he feels for me is hate?

"Stop thinking and just act with me later, when Eren and the others arrive. With that, you'll know what I meant." He said.

Without a choice, I just nodded.

"Levi Heichou!" Our attention diverted at the man who entered the room. It was Jean. Levi raised his brows as a response. Jean then continued speaking, "They have already arrived, Captain!" I gulped when I heard that.

Eren's here. He's in the same boat as us.

Levi nodded at Jean and says, "Send them here." After that, Jean  left.Then, he looked at me as he glared. "Don't ever think of hugging him as if he didn't hurt you. Stop being stupid, lovesick woman." He insulted which made me glare at him too.

"Who said I will? Bitch." I fired back, mimicking his tone.

He glared at me again. He was about to say something when we heard footsteps nearing the room.

My eyes widen when Levi started unbuttoning his inner button down cloth. "W-What are you doing---?"

I wasn't able to finish my sentence when he pinned me at the wall, his very handsome face only a few inches away from me. "Making it look like something happened. I'm genius, aren't I?" He smirked.

"L-Levi..." I was again cut off by another voice.

"Captain! Eren and the others are already he---oh, fuck. Sorry! I didn't know!" My eyes widened again, hearing Jean's startled voice as if he already saw our position. Bitch.

When I glanced at Levi, he was still smirking.

"You're enjoying this," It was more of a statement than a question.

Levi nodded. "Now, let's see what Eren's reaction might b---"

Levi wasn't able to finish his sentence because a strong punch landed on his cheek, making him take a few steps backward, freeing me. When everything processed inside my head, my eyes dilated. "Levi!" I exclaimed.

I turned my head to my side to look for whoever punched the Captain but then, my body froze when I saw his angry face as he stared at Levi as if he wanted to kill him.

Eren...It was Eren.

When he was about to look at me, I immediately diverted my gaze to Levi who was weirdly chuckling. Levi stood up, still chuckling.

"Oh, so here's the man who impregnated the queen while keeping it from the person who loves and understands him the most. Am I correct, Y/N?" Levi looked at me with his brow raised.

I gulped and avoided their gaze.

"Ridiculous," Levi muttered as he stared at Eren with disgust.

Eren's eyes were still filled with anger and the tension was so obvious. Eren was about to throw a punch again, fortunately, Jean and Mikasa went to get Eren so I took the cue to walk towards Levi too. "You're so bold." I mumbled.

Levi chuckled. "That's how you fell inlove with me back then."

I rolled my eyes.

"Told you he'll get jealous. He loves you."

"If he did, he wouldn't have hurt me, pushed me away, embarassed me, used me, and of course, if he really do loves me, he wouldn't have impregnated other woman, Levi." I said.
