We lie on our backs, I pass a joint to him and he smoke.
"So he just walked away?" Lufuno asks and smoke again
"I didn't see him after that, besides I left the place. It's not like I was enjoying" I say taking the joint from him
"He hates me" I continue
"I thought we hated him too" Lufuno looking at me
"I don't know, maybe I should just move on" I pass him a joint
"You did that with Gudani and he turned out to be his brother, if you do it again, you might end up with his father..." we roar with laughter
"I feel like a hoe..." I laugh
"That's what you've turned into" we laugh
"You're stoned" I say
"Na ini" he protest
We look at each other and then laugh. This is why I love my cousin, he makes everything feels lighter than it is.
"What happened between you and Adi?" I ask after a while
"We're at the roof, I don't want to kick you down..." he warns
"You're in love with her..."
"Hai, ndi doni raha Wanga nawa" Lufuno now serious
"You're too stoned to do that, what happened to i don't fall in love?" I look at him
"She bewitched me..."
I can't help but laugh at him
"I'm not going to say anything at this point" I say
We stare at the stars.
"I'm not going to tell her that, I'm still a dog so I won't get her hopes us. If she knows I love her, she'll have expectations and then get hurt. Love is stupid and I am not" Lufuno explain
"Well you sound so stupid" I say
"Have you ever seen any happy couple?name one, I'll wait" he says
"Your parents" me
"Money makes every betrayal less important,  he cheats and then take her to Bali or buy her a Maserati" he states
Well my parents were happy until my father's kids showed up at our door at his funeral.
"You can have a different story" I say
"When you're in a relationship with someone, you suck the life out of them little by little. I don't want any of that" he says
Well I can convince him to follow his heart, I can't convince him to think otherwise either. So instead I'll enjoy this view and stop focusing on matters of the heart.

Today's session was a bit different, I spoke about Thiko freely and did not hide a thing. I cried a bit but after I felt lighter, like I need to open up more about him. I even gave Mrs Themeli a hug, she was shocked but after gave a smile. She saved me from myself.
On my way home I stop by Thavhani hoping to buy some junk food and treat myself to a milkshake date. I get to Woolworth buy chocolates, ice cream, cake and all sugary things. After I head to milkylane for some extra ice cream and milkshake. I order and sit there enjoying myself.
My phone rings, I check the caller ID and it's a landline. I answer
"Good day is this Ms Bugana?" It's a lady in white accent
"Speaking" I say
"You're Speaking to Detective Cloete, I'm the one handing your daughter's murder case" she keeps quiet
"What happened?" I ask
"I'd like to meet with you tomorrow to discuss our profound evidence, I'll be in  Midrand we can meet up if that's okay" she says
"I'm in Limpopo now but I'll drive there later today, send me your number so I can text you once I arrive" I say
"Alright, I'll do that now" she hang up
I don't know why but I am calling Tebogo, I'm so overwhelmed right now.  I need someone to reason on my behalf.
"Good afternoon Wanga" he answers
"Hey, I just got a call from the detective..." I stop
"I know, I hired her" he says
Oh "She wants to meet up tomorrow" I say
"In Cape Town?" Tebogo
"No, Midrand" I say
"When are you planning on going?" He asks
"I'll drive tonight" me
"I'll book you a plane in polokwane, you'll sleep here and leave in the morning" he says
"Itu won't like that" I say
"That's not your problem" he says
"Tebogo, thank you for everything" I am grateful
"Don't mention it" he says and ended the call

I told my mom everything,  she helped me pack few clothes and said she'll ask Lufuno to drive me to Polokwane. I know I'm asking a lot but knowing these two, they would've drove me to midrand themselves.
"So you're going back there alone?" Lufuno as he drives
"I don't have a choice" I say
"You don't have to do this alone Wanga, nne na mme anu arina thaidzo na uni fhelekedza" he says
I wag my head "I must do this on my own, besides I texted Candys mom that I'm coming that side"
"And Thiko?" Lufuno looks at me briefly
"Not now" I look outside
He doesn't say anything but play music. Of all the songs he plays Brandy- human. I stare at him but he focus on the road. I don't know if he's dedicating the song to me or him, no he's dedicated it to Thiko, wow.
