Thiko is still not talking to Khumo, I however talk to him and Thabile. She said that night they went to his place and ended up having sex, only this time it happened and she enjoyed it. The complicated part is that she said she has feelings for him, knowing Khumo I don't even want to say it.
Candy has been coming here in a daily basis, it's like old times. I just don't like that he's still angry at Thabile for being with Khumo.
"One of the good days you must teach me how to cook" Candy
"Why, you're beautiful you don't need that" I say
She laughs "I'm bad I know but you can at least be a friend"
"I thought that was me being one" we laugh
"What's going on between you and Grant?" I finally ask
She smiles "He's a friend, a good friend to me."
"That's it?" I ask
She laugh "Yeah, we both enjoy each other's company, he listens to me, laugh at my stupid stories and makes me feel special" Candy
"I'm so lost..." I say
"I haven't slept with him, I threw myself at him the day I came back but he rejected me. I was hurt but also grateful to him for not doing what every man does when sex is in the picture. We hang out..." she explains
"You like him..."
"No" she protest
We stare at each other for a while.
"You like him shame, you didn't change Candy that's why to you he was just sex. He said no once, you would have tried again but...you have real feelings for him" I say
"Can we please stop talking about this?" She begs
"If you stop torturing Thabile" that's me
We have a staring contest.

Thiko was right, it's a girl. Not that I'm not happy about it it's just that I had it in my head that it's going to be a little boy. He was with me for the scan, since he couldn't drive me home he called Luke to drive me home. Not that I'm incapable of driving, I'm six months pregnant and very capable.
"You didn't have to" I say as he drives
"I really don't mind, how are you doing?" Luke asks
"I'm good, just craving pizza extra cheese and olives" I say
He looks at me briefly and make a turn. He stops outside debonairs and get off. I hope I'm not being a burden, he can just leave me here I'll request a bolt when I'm done. I get out and walk inside. He's on the queue so I walk to him.
"You know you can get back to work, I'll get a bolt when I'm done here" I say
"I told you I don't mind really" he says
"I don't want to burden you..."
"Stop, you're not a burden and even if you were I wouldn't mind at all" he make way for me to pass
I order the large one and fruit punch, he pays after I tried stopping him and didn't win. The cashier said we are a cute couple, I just looked at her until Luke said "Thanks"

We are in his car.
"That reminds me, when am I going to meet your girlfriend?" I ask
He smiles before answering "I don't have one"

"You always going to undisclosed location, you live in a mansion, you're financially secured and got the looks so what are you waiting for?" I ask
"Thanks for the compliment, I really can't tell you what I'm waiting for?" He's smiling
"Come on, every girl would fall at your feet. I've never seen one girl with you, ever" I say
He doesn't say anything.
"You're not going to tell me, are you?" I ask
He stops at the gate, I forgot to open so I press the remote. He drives in.
"I'll tell you why, not today I promise" he says and I smile.
"Okay, thanks for the treat rival" I say opening the door
"Have a good day Wanga" he says
I walk inside the house, eager to open my pizza box and eat all at once.

"Babe, Wanga" it's Thiko waking me up
I open my eyes slowly and look at him.
"Good morning beautiful" Thiko says
"Hey, is everything okay?" I ask sitting up, I didn't change my clothes to my night wear.
"Yes, I haven't said that to you in a while." Him
I smile.
"Happy birthday Babe" I say
"Thanks but it's not my birthday" he says
"Nice try but I had to look for your ID card for that babe, couldn't miss it for another year" I say
"Okay fine, it's my birthday but I don't celebrate it, never" he explains
"Why?" I ask
"It's insignificant" him
That's not nice.
"But it's significant to me..." I state
"Stop trying to persuade me because it's working..." he says
I'm laughing.
"My friends know I hate my birthday, they don't even send their wishes." Thiko
"Then we'll celebrate together, no one will know. If after you still hate the day you were born, then I'll hate it too" I continue
He smiles "That's it? I thought you were going to bribe me with something"
I know what he wants and no I'm not having sex, I'm too tired for that.
"Ain't you going to work?" I try to distract him
"I'll be late today" he says
"I get the feeling you love this day and since I'm a good person I'll keep your secret" I say
"Shut up" he gets in bed with me.
