Thiko stares at me and back at Luke looking for answers. My head is pounding, I feel sick all of a sudden.
"Your yard is sure beautiful Luke, I can't get enough of it.." she stops and looks at me wondering who I was
"I make sure to keep it that way Vee" Luke says calmly
"What are you doing here, dressed like that?" Thiko asks me
I clear my throat
"I don't want this to look like it was done to get back at you Thiko..." he beats me to it
Thiko is still looking at me.
"Who is she babe?" The lady asks
Thiko turns to Luke as in continue.
"So you're sleeping together to cut the crap. Why now?" Thiko pissed off
"Yes we are, you're not together anymore Thiko..." Luke says
"And that makes it okay? She's the mother of my child, not only that but we were together for 5 years and all these time you were there as my friend..." Thiko angrily
"I'm so sorry for lying to you all this time, I tried to get over my feelings for her for years. I hated myself because deep down I wasn't honest with you..." Luke explains
"Fuck you Luke, I will never forgive you for what you did..."
"That's big coming from you Thiko..." I say
"I'm not talking to you Wanga..." he says arrogantly
"Okay, I'm done fighting with you. But I'm not going to live my life to make you happy and proud of me, you're not that important to me anymore..." I say
He looks at me.
"That's why every time we break-up you fuck my friends, trying to prove something?" He asks
"No, we didn't break up. We got divorced, it's the end of me and you, if you say break-up you make it sound like there's coming back from this. Hence why I choose happiness, I want to be selfish in order to be happy. Believe it or not Babe, selfish people live longer, that explains why you're still here. I don't regret anything, I'm still going to sleep oh sorry, fuck Luke. How you feel about that, it's totally understandable." I don't know why but I'm smiling. It felt good saying that.
"Let's go Vee" Thiko says holding her hand and then leaves.
Luke looks sad about his friend leaving.
"I'm sorry that you might have just lost a friend..." I say
He looks at me sadly..."I knew it would happen the day I confessed my feelings to you. In the end I would lose one and have the other."
Hearing him say that breaks my heart, knowing I picked Thiko a thousand times over him. I can only imagine how he felt.
"I think I should go..." I say
"Don't leave, I'm making breakfast." He cuts me off
I forgot about that.
"We'll eat, bath then I'll drop you off before I go to work..." he says
"It's Saturday" I say
"I have to meet a client, it will only be for an hour. Can I see you afterwards?" He asks
"I come with as a pair, with this little girl who's always talking...but I'm sure you'll fall in love with her too" I say
He smiles.
"Yes, then it's settled." He says

He drove me to my place, stole few kisses before I got off the car. I can't stop smiling to myself, I get inside.
"Mmhh look at you all blushing in walk of shame..." my dearest cousin
I walk to where he's standing and give him a hug.
"I just had the most amazing sex I've ever had in my life..." I whisper
"To much information bruh, get off me" he says playfully
I giggle.
"You look different..." Adi making her way to me with Denzhe
I walk to her too and embrace her, then take Denzhe in my arms.
"I feel different" I confess
"She can sit on her own, I was surprised but  she can." Adi says
"Yes, she even tries to reach for things now. Soon she'll be crawling." I say
"Then your problems begin." Lufuno says
Adi laughs "Don't listen to him."
I laugh.
"It's a good thing you're here Satan, ri khou tuwa rine zwino..." Lufuno says cutting my happiness short.
"E e, why zwino?" I ask
"Ra ro lindela ni tshi vhuya, besides we were here to cheer you up and by the look of things...you're sorted" he has a smirk on his face
"Holuga, thank you for coming guys. Ndi a ni funa nothe and Lufuno wipe that smirk of your face." I say
"I'll sure miss this little princess more...she's the cutest thing ever." Adi taking her from me.
"Or we can steal, it's not like she can outrun us..." Lufuno laughs
"Mulandu ni khadi amba" I place my hand on my forehead.
Adi burst into laughter. I'll sure miss them as well, they're a whole mood.
