Friv, Wolf's secretary called me early in the morning. It's good that my class is still in the afternoon. May seminar kase ang mga teachers ngayong umaga kaya walang klase. Sana kase whole day nalang 'di ba...

I'm just wearing a simple blouse and pants as I went to the company of Treson's Aisuru.

I don't have any idea why Wolf is looking for me at this early hour. Did I invalidate something from the contract?

"Good morning, Ms. Alice! Nice to see you again." Friv welcomed me with a bright smile on his face. And as usual, his hair is brushed up that makes him looks so neat. 

"Good morning. Bakit daw ako pinatawag ni Wolf?" tanong ko at nagsimula kaming pumasok sa elevator.

Dito pa lang ay ramdam na ramdam ko na ang lamig ng buong lugar. My hands are shaking for no reason or maybe, I'm just nervous? I don't know. I just shrugged my shoulders and shook my head as what I normally do when I feel some tension because of the thought that keeps on running in my mind.

Pagkatapos ng so-called date namin ni Ryker noong Saturday ay lagi na akong hindi mapakali. At mas natatakot ako sa nararamdaman ko ngayon dahil hindi ko mawari kung bakit.

Mabuti pa noon dahil alam ko ang dahilan and it's because of Ryker. I know what I really like before and that's to go back with him and beg for his attention. But now? I'm so clueless. I feel like I'm being trapped...

"This way..." He lead me to the same room where we went before. 

Inaasahan kong ang malaking screen ang sasalubong sa 'min ngayon ngunit nagulat ako nang may lalakeng nakaupo patalikod sa 'min.

"Boss, she's here."

Inalalayan akong maupo ni Friv sa upan na nasa gilid ng harapan ng table niya kaya naupo ako do'n. Inaamin kong may kaba akong nararamdaman pero pilit kong hindi ipahalata 'yon. 

And slowly, he faced us.

"How are you, Alice?" He casually asked. Suot  pa rin nito ang itim na maskarang suot niya noong una kaming nagkita. The difference is, it's not through virtually now. 

I wonder how he really looks like without those mask on. He's so mysterious, huh.

"I'm good. Uhm...did I so something wrong that you really asked me to be here?" Ayaw ko nang patagalin pa ito dahil nakakamatay ang pagiging curious nang matagal.

He started laughing that even echoed inside the room. Is he crazy? My question is not even funny or did he take it as a joke? Geez...

"Chill, Alice. You did nothing wrong except the boy you rented." Naging seryoso na ang aura nito kaya umayos ako ng upo.

"Lynx?" He nodded.

I swallowed the lump in my throat upon mentioning his name.

"Eh bakit hindi siya ang pinatawag mo? Bakit ako?" 

Ako ba ang balak nilang pagbayarin sa nagawa niya?

"Because you're involved."

"Can you just go direct to the point? I'm not in the mood for mind reading games," He chuckles because of my impatience.

"Wanna know something behind Treson's Aisuru Boy For Rent?" Naguguluhan man ay tumango ako.

Naging pala-isipan pa rin sa 'kin ang tungkol sa kanila. I find their work odd and unrealistic. Para bang hindi ito nag-eexist dahil sa mga ginagawa nilang posible para sa mga babaeng tulad ko.

"I am not the only one one built this. Actually, we are three that's explains the TRES as our first name and Aisuru means love in Japanese because we are fond of animes." 

May naalala akong tao dahil bagay na 'yon. Gaya nila ay mahilig din siya sa anime. 

"We came up with this boy for rent to help those girls out there who seek for love. But little did we know, this will be a reason of our friendship's chaos. Wondering why?"

Tumigil ito saglit. Mas lalo akong naging interesado sa kuwento niya at kung puwede lang na isigaw na huwag niyang bitinin ang mga sinasabi ay kanina ko pa ginawa kaso baka masabihan na akong walang respeto.

No matter how impatience you are, learn how to respect people who are talking about something and wait for your turn.

"Because my two friends fell in love with the same girl. Tsk." Ngumiwi ito.

Hmm...that's so hard, I guess? It's also one of the biggest challenges when you and your friend or someone close to you love the same person.

"Ito kaseng isang kaibigan ko, girlfriend na niya 'yong babae pero one time, hindi niya sinasadyang malaman na mahal pala ng isa kong kaibigan ang girlfriend niya. At alam mo ang masakit? He hurt his own girl just to give way for his bestfrriend. What a saint...hindi ko kayang gawin 'yon." Tumawa ito nang mapait at ako naman ay parang nanlumo.

Kung totoo man 'yon ay malaki ang respeto ko sa kaibigan niyang nagparaya but I guess, he doesn't really love the girl that much because if he really does, he will fight for her and do anything to not let her go. But maybe, he chose friendship over a romantic relationship.

"Ano nang nangyari sa kanila? Naging sila ba? I mean, naging worth it ba 'yong pagpaparaya ng kaibigan mo?"

"For now, hindi pa. But I'm sure, they'll get there soon kung hindi na siya magiging torpe." Muli itong tumawa.

"So, what's the point of telling me this? Anong kinalaman ko dito at ni Lynx?" nagtataka kong tanong.

"You still don't get it, Alice. Kayong dalawa ang tinutukoy ko sa kuwento." 

Kasabay no'n ang pagtanggal niya sa kanyang maskara na ikinalaki ng mata ko at muntikan pang mahulog sa kinauupan ko dahil sa gulat.

"KUYA?!"

The hell...my brother is Wolf? How come I didn't recognize his voice? Am I that too pre-occupied to his story?

"Yes, little sis. And I'm warning you now."

Tumayo ito saka dahan-dahang lumapit sa 'kin. Hindi ako nakagalaw agad.

"Give him a chance before you regret anything. I know you're just being in denial right now but trust me, it will be worth it."

Then he hugged me so tightly...
