Chapter 29

Genova's Point Of View 

' D-Dad ? '  I stuttered. '  Hey sweetie ' he smiled which sent the same feeling of fright throughout my body many years ago. My father wasn't a very nice person. Growing up I was always closer to my mom, though when it came to my dad it was a little different. It seemed that whatever I did wasn't goof enough for him. 

It was as if I had don't something so unforgivable to him that the very sight of me made him utterly sick. For many years I was bothered as to why my father did not like me, but as the countless years of me finding out passed, I slowly but surely started to give up. There was no point in looking for a person who didn't want to be found. 

My relationship with my father got so bad that when it was time for us to run again. My mom chose to leave him behind in Orlando and take me to New jersey. Since then I never knew where my father was and I never cared enough to find out as I knew he didn't care to look for me. As my father stood in front of me I took in the time to observe him.

 After all these years apart he still remained the same. Not a single thing about him way different. That's a shame. ' Where am I ? ' I finally asked after quite some time. ' Well it's nice of you to finally ask honey.  You and I are both currently at a place where you can scream all you want but no one will be able to hear you ' he chuckled circling around me. 

' Why are you doing this ? I asked wanting answers. But he did nothing but look at me smiling his sinister smile. He was provoking me. ' Let me go I did nothing for you to kidnap me and keep me in this place '  I screamed spitting on him.

 I regretted that right after. His face immediately dropped bringing his hand to his face wiping the spot where I had spat on him and swung his hand in the opposite direction slapping me right across the face in a swift motion making my face fly to one side. 

' Now don't you disrespect me you ungrateful little bitch. You did something that really killed me inside and your gonna pay for it ' He smirked turning to his side so that the door wasn't blocked by his body. ' Genova don't be rude and say hi to your. 

Matt's Point Of View 

From the moment I met Cameron he had been nothing but rude to me. I don't know what I did to anger him in such way but he simply did not like me. No matter what I did it seemed to annoy him so much that I'm starting to believe I have become one of those people that you don't like for no apparent reason and the mere sight of them breathing can annoy the hell out of you. 

After another moment between Cameron and I Cameron stormed out of the room making everyone die down in silence. ' What's wrong with him ? ' I scoffed getting annoyed with his attitude.

  '  It's nothing major its just that Cameron lost his mind link with Genova and he can't hear her, enter her mind or feel her emotion ' Jessica explained. ' So he turned his worry for Genova into anger towards me ? ' I asked. ' Not exactly ' Jessica muttered.

  ' Okay so then why can't Cameron connect with Genova anymore ? ' I asked confused. ' There are only two ways someone can defuse the connection between their mates ' Taylor said sitting down on the couch.' One their mate dies or two their mates fall in such deeper love with someone else; stronger then the initial mate so the universe unlinks the two ' Taylor finished. 

' So either Genova's dead ' Carter started which started  the chain of smacks upside the head by Jessica, Mahogany and Nash. ' Ouch ! '  Carter screamed rubbing his head. ' Or ! ' Taylor screamed. ' Genova fell in love someone else ' Cameron whispered walking back into the house with his head down. 

' I don't want to indicate that there is a possibility that Genova is dead some where out there but who could Genova possibly fall in love with in such short notice ? ' Shawn asked.

Could Genova love me ?

Genova's Point Of View 

' Genova meet Kian ' . My dad smirked the teenage boy emerged from the darkness spilling into the room. My brows creased together in confusion as to why my dad was introducing me to this boy, but that was soon taken care of when the following words flowed out of his mouth.
