Chapter 15

Genova's Point Of View 

' Oh my god ' I whispered everyone now staring at the boy emerging from the woods. ' Matt ? ' I questioned slowly walking towards him. Matt stood there staring at us, slowly shaking his head most definitely second guessing everything that he was experiencing in front of him.  I could practically smell the fear radiating on him definitely better than his normal aroma of death. 

I planning on going up to Matt but before I could even muster up the energy to take one step he just ran off leaving us all dumbfounded. ' How did he find us ? ' Mahogany gasped. ' I don't know the fucker probably followed us here ' Cameron spat. ' Carter you were in charge of checking our surroundings what if Matt saw us all speed off and followed us ' 

Cameron yelled walking towards Carter ready to punch him. ' Cam stop its not his fault ' I muttered grabbing onto Cameron's forearm pulling him to me. 

Matt's Point Of View 

It's hard to believe when people often speak out of seeing of supernatural things. It always ends of two ways. One the person is believed to be crazy or two the person is told that they probably saw differently and are influenced to believe something psychological happened to them. But what I experienced definitely did not come from my subconscious. It was all real. 

Once everyone realised that they weren't alone in the woods Genova tried to walk towards me which I believe was to calm me down but due to the over whelming fear that I felt through out my body I had to run. I ran and ran until the fear I felt turned into ache at my feet.

 Every time my foot came in contact with the concrete I would push off it with so much force just so I could run further away from the forrest clearing I once was. I was running so fast that I didn't even know where I was for 30 seconds. But then soon realised I was in a short cut that led into my street. 

Once I was in view of my house I entered my home locking every possible door or window that could be entered through. After all that chaos I ended up pacing in my room continuously running my hands through my hair pulling at the roots. Trying to put together the events that occurred just moments ago. Amongst entering my private bathroom  I realised that I hadn't locked my balcony doors making my eyes grow wide. 

Probably the fastest time Ive done so I bolted into my room in the direction of my balcony  to be face to face with none other than Genova. ' P-Please stay away '

Genova's Point Of View 

' P-Please ? ' Matt whispered staring straight into my eyes. I was completely heart broken, Ive never seen Matt this scared before, and the fact I was causing this fear made me feel ten times worse. I stepped on foot forward only to make Matt take one step back. ' Matt you have to understand, please don't be scared of me '  I whimpered. 

Matt just shook his head and kept moving back. I kept stepping forward but with every movement I took part in Matt just kept moving further away from me keeping this distance between us. Matt was moving so much that he eventually backed into the wall so he couldn't escape me any more. I walked towards him leading him to closed his eyes in fear.

  ' Please Matt don't be scared of me ' I whispered. '  You-r a m-monster ' Matt whispered making eye contact with me. ' Is that how you see me Matt ? ' I whispered. He left me with no answer. ' You see Matt ' I yelped ' this is why I told you to stay away from me because I didn't want you to know what I was and now look at you '  I cried 

' I promise I'm not gonna hurt you Matt please just look at me ' I cried. Matt slowly brought his head up and looked at me focusing mainly at my eyes. His brown orbs slowly started to fill with hope in his eyes but It suddenly disappeared being replaced with fear again. 

' If your not gonna hurt me than before why did you keep saying that I was in danger Genova answer that ' Matt yelled defensively. ' Genova if your not gonna hurt me you will leave ' Matt spat ' but mat- ' you'll leave ' Matt interrupted. I knew this wasn't the right moment but I just had to know right now. 

I lifted Matt's head up and immediately smashed my lips against his. I needed to see if he had feelings for me. But the sparks that once was shared between us was barely even ignited anymore. Causing me to speed out of Matt's bedroom to leave him all alone...
