Chapter 2

Genova's Point Of View

I was new to this school. A whole nother building accompanied by foreign students and teachers that weren't familiar to me. Although I wasn't entirely new to some people to my friends I weren't . Upon hearing that I was moving they some how influenced me to move here. To Virginia so I could be closer to them.

One time during our young lives we were all once close to each other but that was until I had to move; my family was on the run then. I walked down the corridor following the scent that I hope were my friends otherwise I was amongst other vampire's. ' Aye Genova ' someone yelled.

I turned around and saw my friends Cameron Dallas, Nash Grier, Carter Reynolds, Taylor Caniff, Jessica Jones, Shawn Mendes and Mahogany. I sped up to them not giving a first glance as I did so. ' Genova careful a lot of mortals are around ' Cameron whispered swiftly catching me under his arm as I sped up to them. ' We meet again ' I smiled at everyone around me.

It had been so long since I last saw them. ' Ive missed you ' Mahogany smiled pulling me into a hug. ' Same G good to have you back home ' Taylor nodded. Before anyone could greet me Cameron caught my attention again bringing a cup up to me. ' Have you had breakfast yet ? '

Cameron questioned holding up to me a glass of blood in a Starbucks to go cup. ' No thanks ' I declined sensing its foul smell ' but why is it in a Starbucks cup? ' I asked ' so know one find's out its blood dummy ' Taylor answered. ' No one's gonna think that Taylor they don't even know we exist ' I mocked. ' The chances they think that this is blood is slim ' I finished

' So what classes do you have first? ' I asked everyone. ' Oh we have all the same classes ' Mahogany answered. ' I compelled the principal to giving us all the same classes ' Mahogany said winking at me. ' My my still the same trouble maker I see ' I teased. I go to mock her again when the bell goes off making the sound slice through my ears like a knife.

I groaned in pain clutching my ears getting ready to curl up into a ball when Cameron slips his hand under mine covering my ears completely blocking the ringing out. After a couple seconds his hands slowly slipped off my ears. ' Sorry we forgot to warn you about that ' Carter chuckled. ' Ugh why the hell is that so loud ' I groaned rubbing my ears.

' Oh um this school is surrounded by the woods so a lot of wolves come around, they use the bell to kinda shoo them away whilst they indicate breaks ' Shawn explains as we walk through the entrance. My eyes widen looking straight at him. ' There are wolves around here ? ' I questioned in a hushed whisper.

' Yeah but don't worry before a lot of us moved here Cameron and Nash sniffed the surrounding areas just normal wolves ' he finished.' But this area use to be full of them, where'd they all go ? ' I asked as they piled into a classroom. ' Guess they all fleed there's nothing much out here in this town ' Carter shrugged. When we walked in we all made our way

to the back of the class and sat down in a row. ' Uh uh uh I don't think so I have a seating plan in accordance to everyone's last name ill have to ask you all to please stand ' the teacher said prancing up to our row of desks. Cameron rose from his seat leaning against the table so he was closer to the teacher

' you will make an exception of us; you will let us sit next to each other no questions asked understand ? ' Cameron muttered compelling her through her dilated eyes. ' So what was that you'd like to tell us again ? ' he smirked sitting back down. I glanced up at the teacher watching as she blinked her eyes back to reality.

She pushed her glasses up her nose bridge before speaking ' It seems that I have forgotten what I intended to say ' she blushed. ' Maybe it had something to do with our new student here ? ' Mahogany smiled filling in the time of her life that Cameron had taken away from her. ' Oh I believe it may have been,
