Chapter 26

Genova's Point Of View 

Ever since I was little my parents always told me that things happen for a reason and they always will turn out for the best. That god had plans for those dark times he brought us and if we survive it and pull through he will rewards us with something good. But as of right now I feel as if my parents have lied to me all my life. From what im experiencing right now isnt for the best and Im sure of it. 

In my head I heard the last beat of Matt's heart before hearing complete silence. His heart didn't try to beat itself back to life in slow rhythmic beats. It just stopped. For this, meant that Matt was gone. In my head I always use to hear Matt's heart beat, his breaths and his feelings but it was utter silence. 

I don't know how long I was sitting in silence for but after a bit I stood up and sped off. I ran and ran till I met the clearing known as the Vampire grounds. I stopped in the dead centre and looked up to the sky, to darkness and the illuminating light shone by the full moon. 

' Your  liar ' I yelled mustering all the energy left in me to scream. ' Your a liar ' I let out feeling the ache within my throat as I let out these screams filled with pain. My eyes were pure black and my fangs were as long as they've ever been. My hands formed fists, with my knuckles becoming more prominent the more I clenched them. 

I lifted my arm up before swinging them down towards the ground. My punch made waves of vibrations swarm the ground floor I stood on allowing it to shake violently. All my anger channeled throughout my body in waves. I closed my eyes feeling every pump of blood in my body, every breath I was taking. 

Before taking every single bit of energy left in my body letting out one more scream. I stood in the clearing alone having the moon be my own source of light. A thud suddenly comes rummaging through the grounds catching my attention  feeling the thud come from a few metres in front of me. He was here.

Mahogany's Point Of View

' What do you mean you couldn't stop Genova !! ' Cameron screamed as Taylor and Shawn tried to hold him back. ' It wasnt our fault she just sped off and even if we tried to stop her we can't because she's an angry repitory ' Nash screamed back. 

' Guys stop it, screaming isnt gonna get us any where ' I screamed. Cameron stood there body heaving at the chest. He took a deep breath slightly shoving Taylor and Shawn off of him. ' How are we gonna find Genova she could be anywhere ' Carter asked. 

' Well we can cross off all the mortal areas cause we know she can't cause a scene in front of them, maybe the woods ? ' Nash suggested. ' No need I'll use my mind we're mates I can find her ' Cameron scoffed. Nash rolled his eyes before watching as Cameron closed his eyes and concentrated. 

' Okay we're gonna be good, we're gonna find Genova before she does anything she regrets later ' Taylor said. But as time went on Cameron furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and nervousness. ' Guys ? I-I can't get to Genova ' Cameron stuttered trailing off at the end. ' What do you mean you cant get to Genova ? ' Jessica asked.

  ' I mean that I can't hear her, sense her or send anything to her, its like she's not even there ' Cameron explained starting to get nervous. ' But that's impossible you guys are mates, you can fucking find her half way across the world and your having trouble finding her in this small town, it can't not work ' Shawn scoffed as the rest of us remained confused. 

We all stood there glancing at each other trying to find anything that could make sense to what was happening right now when out of no where we all started to hear heart beats starting to echo causing Jessica's eyes widened. ' Unless someone else becomes her mate ' Jessica whispered turning her head in Matt's direction.
