Soon finding ourselves waiting, I leaned back against the wall and looked down at the ground.

"How do you two know Steve Rogers?"

Thor turned to me and cocked his head, "What?"

"Steve, how do you know Steve?"

"I fought with him back on Midgard, in New York. How do you know him?"

Loki looked at me curiously as I sighed, "I'm like him, only your father changed me even more. I knew Steve and... well others but then your father captured me and brought me here. For the majority of the time, I was experimented on in the so-called healing room. But then one day, they changed me. Please, Thor, I just want to go home."

He met my eye and then gave me a curt nod, "I'll do my best."

Before I could reply, two women came walking towards us, and the shorter then turned to Loki, raising her arm, "You're..."

"I'm Loki. You might have heard of-"

He was cut off as she slapped him right across his face.

"That was for New York."

He then held a smug smile across his face as he glanced between me and Thor, "I like her."

Within moments, guards began to close in on us as they appeared. I grabbed Loki's arm and started backing away as Thor and the taller woman spoke of a plan.

Grabbing the shorter one's arm, I started pulling us away as Thor turned and walk after us soon joining us.

The taller one then stepped before Loki and me, "Betray him and I'll kill you."

I only stood as Loki chuckled, "It's good to see you too, Sif."

I rolled my eyes and tugged on Loki, as we started running after Thor and the other woman.

We came to a stop as we approached another man and a ship.

Thor and he exchanged some words before we followed them towards the ship, only for Loki and I to be stopped again, "If you even think about betraying him-"

I rolled my eyes again as I grabbed Loki's arm, "You'll kill us. I think we get it, but you've got to get in line."

He sighed and let us go as I then let go of Loki's arm, leading him into the ship.

Once we were inside, Thor began pressing the most random buttons as Loki looked over his shoulder, "I thought you said you knew how to fly this thing."

"I said 'how hard could it be?'"

I fell behind as I stood beside the shorter woman, "He sure is going through a lot of trouble trying to keep you safe. You must be very special."

She looked at me and hesitated for a moment, "There's something wrong with me is all."

Shaking her head, she then held out her hand, "Jane Foster."

I gave her a nod and turned to face the boys, "Katerina."

"Just Katerina? Do you have no last name? Are you even from Earth?"

I let out a quiet laugh as I shook my head, "Katerina Eriksen if you must know. And yes, I'm from Earth. Brooklyn, New York. To be exact."

She nodded as I then let out a groan, shoving Thor out of the way. I held my hands in front of me and focused as I closed my eyes.

"Any day now, Katerina."

I growled as I opened my eyes, "Shut up, Loki."

Thor grew restless and starting pressing buttons once more before I held my hand up at him, pushing him against the side of the ship.

Focusing once more, I opened my eyes and turned, pressing the button on my left.

Lights turning on, there was a commotion happening outside as I then released Thor allowing for him to take control, "Haha! Thank you, Katerina!"

I gave him a nod and soon we took off, leaving the palace behind us.

Loki sighed and looked up, "Look, why don't you let me take over? I'm clearly the better pilot."

"Is that right? Well, out of the two of us, which one can actually fly? Besides I'd rather hand it over to Katerina there."

He turned his head and shot me a smile to which I returned a sarcastic one as he dodged the shootings from the palace defense system.

Just as we were in the clear, Jane collapsed and fell to the ground.

Loki looked over and raised a brow, "Oh dear, is she dead?"

"Jane."

I knelt down beside her as she only shook her head, "I'm okay."

I sat down as I pulled her head into my lap before creating a barrier around us. It was quite in time as Thor had then knocked down a pillar.

"Not a word."

I chuckled as Loki smiled before looking back and then leaning into Thor, "Now they're following us."

Safe in the barrier, Jane and I felt no impact as Loki started to shift around, "Now they're firing at us."

"Yes. Thank you for the commentary, Loki, it's not at all distracting!"

Hitting another statue, Loki looked at Thor and sighed, "Well done, you've just discouraged your grandfather."

Letting out a small laugh, Loki shot me a smile.

Jane began to cover her ears at Loki's ranting so I waved my hand and soon all I saw was an annoyed Loki and an even more annoyed Thor.

Thor then opened a shaft and pushed Loki out as I jumped to my feet, leaving Jane sitting against the wall.

Stepping out of the barrier I held up my arms in alarm, "Why'd you do that?!"

"He was getting annoying."

"That doesn't mean you abandon him."

Thor then shrugged before he gave me a look, pushing me out as well.
