I looked in to see Loki chained up on the floor as Thor threw a can at his head.

"Ow."

"Just had to be sure."

Loki rolled his eyes and looked behind me as Banner walked up, "Hello, Bruce."

"So, last time I saw you, you were trying to kill everybody. Where are you at these days?"

"It varies from moment to moment."

Banner nodded and walked over to the other two as I walked up to Loki, "I don't think they know that you could get out of the chains if you wanted to."

"You're right, but don't tell them. Hello, Lina. Missed me?"

She smiled and nodded as she sat behind him, putting small braids in his hair. I walked up to the group as I watched her braid little pieces of hair as they talked before I turned back to Thor.

"Nope. We're going through that one."

Thor pointed at the window towards the giant portal over the city as Val smirked, "The Devil's Anus?"

Banner cocked his head confused, "Wait, who's anus are we going through?"

I rolled my eyes and Thor held up his hands defensively, "For the record, I didn't know the name when I picked it."

Banner turned to look at it again before speaking, "That looks like a collapsing neutron star inside of an Einstein-Rosen bridge."

Val sighed and shook her head, "We need another ship. That would tear mine to pieces."

"She's right. We need one that can withstand the geodetic strain from the singularity"

"And has an offline power steering system that could also function without the on-board computer."

I nodded trying to understand as Val then added, "And we need one with cup holders because we're gonna die. So, drinks!"

She held up her bottle as I took it from her taking a swig before tossing it back to her as Banner turned to her, "Do I know you? I feel like I know you."

"I feel like I know you, too. It's weird."

I rolled my eyes again as Thor turned to Banner, "What do you say, doctor? Uncharted metagalactic travel through a volatile cosmic getaway. Talk about an adventure."

"We need a ship."

"Need a ship."

Banner and Thor high five as they smiled before Val, interrupted their little moment, "There are one or two ships, absolute top-of-the-line models-"

"I don't mean to impose, but the Grandmaster has a great many ships. I may even have stolen the access codes to his security system."

We all turned to Loki as I raised my brow before Val crossed her arms, "And suddenly you're overcome with an urge to do the right thing."

She rolled her eyes and threw a bottle at Loki, smashing it over his head before I quickly caught all the pieces with my powers before they hit Lina, sitting behind him, "Val. Don't throw things."

Loki then coughed and shook his head, "Besides... I've simply just run out of favor with the Grandmaster. But in exchange for the codes and access to a ship, I'm asking for safe passage... through the anus..."

Thor cocked his head and turned to his brother, "You're saying you can get this access into the garage without setting off any alarms?"

"Yes, brother. I can."

Banner thought for a moment before shaking his head, "Okay, can I just... a quick FYI, I was just talking to him just a couple of minutes ago and he was totally ready to kill any of us."

Val nodded, agreeing, "He did try to kill me. Although I've noticed that he wouldn't hurt Kat or Lina, but he would certainly try and kill others."

Thor then walked up and nodded as well, "Yeah, he's tried to kill me too. On many, many occasions. There was this one time when we were children, he transformed himself into a snake, and he knows I love snakes. So, I went to pick up the snake, to admire it and he transformed himself back into himself and he was like, 'Ya, it's me!' And he stabbed me. We were eight at the time."

I looked over at Loki as he smiled fondly at the memory before looking up and briefly meeting my eyes before I looked away still feeling his gaze on me.

"If we're boosting a ship, we're gonna need to draw some guards away from the palace."

"Why not set the beast loose?"

Thor and I looked up, alarmed, "Shut up." "Loki!"

Val then looked up and smiled, "You guys have a beast?"

Both Thor and I shook our heads as he spoke, "No, there's no beast. He's just being stupid. We're going to start a revolution."

"Revolution?"

"I'll explain later."

Val nodded but then looked up at Banner again, "Who's this guy again?"

I rolled my eyes and sighed, "Explain later, let's go."

Sending Lina with Val to keep her in check, I made my way with Thor and Loki towards the palace. Walking up to a door, Loki put in the codes as Thor sighed, "Hey, so listen, we should talk."

"I disagree. Open communication was never our family's forte."

"You have no idea. I've had quite the revelation since we spoke last."

The door soon opened to reveal a bunch of guards as Loki and Thor lifted up alien guns.

"Hello!" "Hi!"

I watched as the brothers took out the guards while I followed behind, not lifting a finger before they blasted all the guards as Loki turned to Thor, "Odin brought us together, it's almost poetic that his death should split us apart. We might as well be strangers now. 'Two sons of the crown set adrift.'"

"Thought you didn't want to talk about it."

I watched as a guard then approached the two before I sent a blast in between them, knocking him out, "Boys, might I ask why I'm here again? I literally can read minds and snap necks with a lift of my finger. Yet you two hold guns and talk family. You're right, Loki. Very poetic."

I walked past them and into the lift as I leaned against the wall as the two walked in after me.

As we headed up on the slow lift, they started talking again.
