I raised my brow and turned around in a swift motion.

I looked up and before I knew it, the portal had swept over us and we were now standing on a cliff overlooking the water.

I held onto Lina as she sat down in the grass before I sat down beside her while I watched the two brothers walk up to the old man sitting on a rock, overlooking the distance.

Watching from afar, I admired the brothers and their father before I laid back in the grass as Lina sat against me, surveying the area.

Thor had said he'd bring us back after, so we waited.

After a bit of time, I sighed, sitting up, and started braiding Lina's hair as she whistled a short note and then looked at me, "Whistle back."

"What?"

"Whistle back, so I know you're okay."

"Love, I'm right here."

She rolled her eyes and then met mine again, "I know, but I want to hear it."

I chuckled and then nodded as I whistled back a short note. She smiled and then held a look of satisfaction before humming to herself as I finished her hair, tying it off with a quick ribbon.

But before I knew it, the winds started to pick up and the sky began to darken.

I looked over to the two brothers only to find them sitting alone. I began to walk towards them, but soon turned around when I heard a shattering scream from Lina.

Thor and Loki jumped up and both transformed into their armor before soon standing beside me as we watched a lady in black staring down at Lina.

I shook my head and looked up meeting her eyes, "Leave her alone. She did nothing wrong."

Letting out a sigh, the woman smiled softly and then nodded as Lina started backing up towards me. Once she was in my arms, I quickly hugged her before moving her behind me as Thor and Loki walked forward and stood before us.

We all looked at the newcomer, tense as she looked between the brothers, "So, he's gone?" They glanced between each other confused as she smirked, "That's a shame. I would've liked to have seen that."

"You must be Hela. I'm Thor, son of Odin."

Hela cocked her head and looked him up and down sarcastically, "Really, you don't look like him."

Loki lifted his head and stepped forward cautiously, "Perhaps we can reach an arrangement."

She let out a grossed sound before scoffing, "You sound like him."

Loki, shifted as he took a step as if blocking Hela from me as Thor tightened his grip on his hammer. Hela looked around for a moment before then turning back to us as she motioned to the ground, "Kneel."

"Beg your pardon?"

I stopped myself from laughing at Loki's reaction before she conjured up a long black blade, "Kneel. Before your Queen."

Thor shook his head and walked forwards before winding up his arm and throwing his hammer.

Cutting through the air, Hela stopped the hammer with her hand as we all stood shocked. Thor tried to bring the hammer back but Hela only held onto it as Thor's eyes widened, "It's not possible."

Hela smirked and looked between all of us before widening her eyes, "Darling, you have no idea what's possible?"

Shattering the hammer into pieces, a wave of energy was sent out as I summoned a barrier around Lina and myself as the brothers were knocked back.

Thor looked up as Hela motioned over her head, creating a battle headdress as Loki stood up, panicking, "Bring us back!"

"NO!"

Before we could blink, we were pulled into the Bi-Frost as Lina was ripped from my arms. I paid no attention to myself as I watched her rise up by Loki as I was by Thor.

We all looked down to see Hela not too far behind before Loki summoned two daggers and threw them at her.

Having no impact, she made a motion towards him as he was knocked out of the Bi-Frost along with my daughter.

Reaching forward, the only thing I could manage to grab was the ribbon I had tied in earlier. I watched as her eyes widened and she let out a scream before I was thrown back by Hela.

"NO! LINA!" "LOKI!"

I met Thor's eyes as he grabbed my arm before Hela caught up to us. We both kicked at her, pushing her back only to knock ourselves out of the Bi-Frost.
