"Gray I -"

"It's the Russo's isnt it. You heard something of them"

I nod weakly " I really don't want to talk about it right now, For now we just need to keep our family away from them.

"That bad" He whispers

I nod

"Then they won't come near us"

The rest of the journey is silent, we're lost in our thoughts and before i know it we've stopped at my house.

Gray comes out with me

I turn confused "You staying?"

He nods "You think I'd leave you alone when you've got lots on your mind"

My eyes soften and I grab his hand "I love you so much"

He brings my hand to his mouth and lightly kisses it "I love you to Baby"

Together we head inside and see just Jason and Lucy

"Where's everyone?" I ask

"Gone home. I'll call Laura and let her know" Lucy gets up

"Actually Laura, I'll do it. I need to talk to Michael anyways"

I look wide eyed at Gray.

"You sure?" Jason asks

Gray squeezes my hand "of course"

"Alright then, it's been a long day, let's go to bed"
We say our good nights and as soon as we get to my room I turn raising my eyebrows at Gray

"What are you doing"

"Relax. Trust Me"

"But Gray,"

"Baby." He grabs my arms " I won't say any more then I need to, I promise you."

I nod and hesitantly agree as he calls Michael putting it on speaker

"Hello?" Michaels voice comes through the speaker and I freeze

"Hi" Grays voice has no emotions in it

"Is everything okay?" He asks

"Yes. Everything's fine here"

"How about...Lexis's cousin, the one you had to leave for" he says it in a tone like he doesn't believe that shit.

I hesitantly look at Gray he nods and speaks back

"He's much better. But of course family matter, nobody means any harm we just wanted to let you know we won't be in touch much, we're focusing on Brad, the cousin in the hospital and just family.

Don't mention it to anyone from the Rivers family. They're to nice don't want to offend you you get me man.

I raise my eyebrows at Grays excuse. Love it... and him.

After a minute Michael answers
" I get it. You focus on your family and I'll focus on mine"

And with that he cuts the call.

"Well that went well" I laugh sarcastically

"It's okay baby. If anything happens I'll handle it.

I nod and kiss him "thanks love"

"Anything for you sweetheart"

I fall asleep in Grays arms And when I wake up I love the feeling of having his arms wrapped around me.

I get out of bed and go downstairs.

"Lexi, thank god your here! I've got to bake a cake for my mums. Going there tonight, there's no eggs do you mind getting them when your free. I don't have to make it till about 3 and it's only 10 so whenever you get a chance love"

"Of course, I'll go as Soon as I eat. Where's Amy?"
"Left her at my mums. Thought we would he in the hospital long"

I nod and pour myself cereal

"You okay though?" Lucy asks

"Of course" I smile

"Alright hun. I'm gonna quickly do some unpacking, your brothers so flipping lazy"

"Tell me about It" I laugh

I quickly finish my breakfast and get ready to leave

"Where you going babe" Gray comes down with wet hair.

I run my tongue over my bottom lip staring at him. He really is blessed. Mhm mhm mhm.

"Babe" he smirks

"Uh going to get some ingredients for Lucy. She's gonna bake a cake for her mum today"

"Want me to come with?"

"No its okay have some breakfast, I'll be back before you know it."

"Hurry back" he says giving me a kiss

"Will do"

I quickly leave the house and jog down the street

As I turn a corner someone calls my name.

I know that voice.
