An ambulance turns up however it's shay and Dawson. They run over not knowing who it is. Dawson runs in first
"Antonio?" She says confused
Shay goes pale when she sees Mallory
"What have we got?" Dawson asks as she runs over to Mallory
"We found her like this" Antonio says panicking
Shay has frozen and can't seem to get the words out
"Shay!!" Dawson shouts
"I can't" Shay replies
Dawson sighs then turns to Mallory. She assesses her
"Her shoulder is shattered, we need to get her in" Dawson says as she loads Mallory onto the stretcher
Dawson puts Mallory into the back of the ambulance and shay hops in the back
"Your gonna be okay!!! You need to be okay" Shay says as she takes Mallory's hand
Shay looks at Mallory lying unconscious on the stretcher
"I need you mal! Trudy and Mouch need you! Your gonna fight this okay!" Shay says as Mallory's heart-rate starts to drop
"She's coding Dawson! What's our ETA?" Shay shouts with tears in her eyes
"10 minuets tops! Have you got this shay?" Dawson asks
"Yeah" Shay replies as she starts CPR on Mallory
Shay's eyes keep drifting to the monitor. It's been 5 minuets and nothing has changed. Dawson has just pulled up to med and opens the back of the ambulance. Shay is sweating and struggling to continue CPR. Dawson jumps in and takes over. They then hand her over to the doctors at med and wait in the waiting room. Jay and Antonio burst in minutes later
"Did you blue light it here?" Dawson asks
"I did, he didn't" Jay adds
Jay and Antonio slouch down next to Dawson and Shay
"Any news?" Antonio asks
"Not yet. She's gonna make it though" Dawson adds
Shay is sitting there with tears in her eyes when the doctor comes out
"She's out of surgery and recovering well. However we don't think she'll be able to return to active duty" The doctor says as shay's heart sinks
"When can we see her?" Shay asks
"Only emergency contacts, would any of you happen to be a Leslie Shay?" The doctor asks
"That's me?" Shay adds
"Your Mallory's emergency contact, go ahead" The doctor says as shay walks in
Shay walks in to see Mallory lying awake
"Hey you" Shay says as she sits down
"Hey" Mallory says weakly
"You scared me" Shay says as she takes Mallory's hand
"I'm still here aren't I?" Mallory says as she smiles
"I love you" Shay says as Mallory is shocked
"I-I Love you too" Mallory adds as shay leans in and kisses her
