(Warning! Light angst, arguing)

You got roughly shoved aside by Karlsson as she passed by. She made it look like an accident but there was something more behind her action.
"What's your problem Nea?" You growled at her, as she stepped over a fallen tree log.
She quickly spun back to you, her grey beanie jumping up.
"What's my problem?" She started off agressive right away.
She was always quick to bite. Especialy when someone acused her of something. Anything.

"What's your problem more like" She pointed to you defensively as she frowned.
"You were the one who pushed me" You threw a confused expression her way, as you were in the victim's posicion.
At this point, more and more campfire survivors started looking your way.
As your voices loudened, you could feel the eyes of other survivors on you.
Embarassment crawled on your ankles, hugging them tightly.
"And you, were the one who brought the Plague on me the last trial!" Nea pointed at you some more, spitting the hateful words.
"What? I didn't even know you were there! It was an accident!" You admitted truthfuly.
It really was an accident. Youd had nowhere else to run.
Nea stepped over the log again, walking close to you. Uncomfortably close as a matter of fact...
She stood right before you, her face almost on your face.
You two were the same height, with Nea being maybe just a bit taller.

"No, I bet you were trying to team up with the killer and kill us all, taking the escape for yourself!" Nea pushed you back, making you stumble a little over some sticks.
"Why in the hell would I do that?!" You barked back, not liking any of her behavior.

"Alright, alright, Nea go over there would you? (Y/n), you come sit with me..." You suddenly heard a deep male voice speak up, putting a big arm between you two.
It was the usualy quiet Jeff. He carefully grabbed your arm and began tugging you to a log all the way across from Nea's.
"Whatever! I was done anyway..." This and many more displeased murmurs could be heard from Nea's thin lips.
"I'm gonna go to the shack... that okay?" You turned to look at Jeff, as if a grumpy child, asking for their parent's aproovement. He gave you a simple, yet tired nod.
Just before you got up, you could swear you saw Nea get up as well, walking into the other direction, getting lost in the shadows.

You walked into the forest, getting hugged by it's imense silence.
It was deafening as usual. Nothing else but your steps could be heard through the black tree land.
You aproached the shack. You just wanted some time alone and rest. You disliked arguing.
Especialy with Nea.
Your relationship with her always moved from up to down and right back up. Very jumpy is what I'm trying to say.
One day she could've hated your entire existence and the next you find her protecting you from all killers.
Both you and her were probably confused from your weird companionship.

Theese thoughts and memories were knocked out of your head as someone pushed you from the back again. No doubt that it was Nea.
"What the hell is your problem!" You speedily turned, the word 'hell' hroaring from your chest.
You turned to her, seeing her mouth shut tight, her lips pencil thin and her fists balled up.
"Why do you have such a prob-" You were cut off by Karlsson stepping foward and grabbing your jacket, slamming her face onto yours.
She actualy did it.
Nea kissed you.

When she actualy separated the kiss with an audible *smack* she breathed lightly in relization.
"I'm sorry I- I just- I didn't mean to yell at you earlier" She quickly apologized. Her face went red and her eyes were still opened quite wide.
It was a little funny seeing her like that.
Adorable even.
You grabbed onto her wrists that were still tightly holding your jacket.
"That's... fine. But let go of my Jacket" You spoke firmly, trying not to fall for the sudden confusing feelings.
She let go, and you pushed her hands away.
"Now. What the hell is this about?" You asked, trying to keep it somewhat serious.
"I- Listen It's not out of nowhere. I've been curious about you for a... hell a while. And... I didn't know how to break it to you" Nea admitted, taking off her hat and squeezing it in her hand.
She had black, supper messy black hair. Like a bird nest.
Not a Jake-type of puffy, but puffy enough.
"So you decided, this was a good idea?" You raised a brow at her, trying to keep a straight face.
"Yeah- well what else was I supoosed to do?!" She barked again.
Always so quick to bite...
You simply sighed, looking around a bit.

Nea sighed too.
More in shame than thought.
"Look... I know I've been a real big ass to you. Like... real big. But I guess I'm sorry. I like you okay? I really do..." She continued.
"Look this is really awkward for me to say, but could you look past what I did back then and... try with me?" She basicaly begged, shame weighting down her clothes.
You thought for a little.
"I won't forget what happened back then, but I'm willing to give you a fighting chance Nea" You said, the ends of your mouth curving into an almost unnoticable smile.
"Wait what"
"You heard me"
"Wait really"
"Are you taking the chance or not?"
Nea stopped tensing up as much and smiled. Rather brightly.
She stuffed her hat back on, hiding the black mess under it.

"Let's just talk about this. C'mon" You bid her to go with you into the survivor shack.
"Y'know, you're pretty hot when you get mad" Nea spoke up as she hooked your forearm in with hers, following you.
"Funny... I thought the same thing"
